Good rooms but as non smoker I would love a non smoking room

Amazing room and perfect location, very good service in the hotel by reception Miss Li.

The location is great. You will be close to Wanda Plaza shopping center with tons of places to eat and do shopping (Starbucks, sushi restaurants, street food, Uniqlo, Nike, etc). The hotel could have been cleaner but it is what it is and corresponds to the price you pay. You can check it at any time of the night, but they might call you to check when you are coming. The arrangement of the bathroom is not comfortable as there is a shower right next to the toilet without any kind of curtain or separator. It is an all-right place if you want to spend a night or two.

The first room I was given had bedding that was very dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and it looked like they hadn’t actually cleaned anything, especially the floors. I asked for a second room due to being uncomfortable and true front desk kindly moved me. Even in the new room, everything smelled of cat urine, but at least there was no mold and the floors were freshly cleaned. The service was lovely and accommodating but I wish they could have checked the rooms before putting guests in it.

巨差的居住體驗，第一次住這的時候，連住了幾個晚上，環境很新，所以這次來東莞還是住的這，結果差距巨大。1,剛開始給我的第一件房，進去就覺得非常破舊，臟亂，沙發套都是黑得，水池旁邊一圈又一圈的黃色水漬。2,第二個房間稍微好一點，然而177一晚的酒店連個一次性拖鞋都沒有，找前台説是一次性拖鞋用完了，**兩塊多一個，淘寶批發要更便宜，酒店標價這麼高。一次性拖鞋一兩塊錢都不想出。3,空調製冷效果巨差，相當於無，整個房間巨熱。兩個空調遙控器，你們真的整理過房間？一個空調需要配兩個遙控器？蚊香片都白了，也是一直放在蚊香器裏面沒有人清理，並且也防不了蚊蟲，蚊子依然很活躍4，燈都是壞了，其中一個不亮，廁所的燈一直閃，如果等全部關完，整個房間會有不知名的光一直閃，整個房間給人一個很昏暗的感覺。5，房間桌面依然污漬很多6,抽油煙機很多油漬，可以看出你們真的有清理過房間？完全就是前一個人長期居住搬出去隨便敷衍了事，繼續租給下一個人。7,床單也是壞的總體來説，居住質量極差，影響睡眠，很後悔沒有直接退住。人累得不行，想住個舒服的酒店，結果就這？177在深圳都可以住個設施設備齊全正常運行周圍環境還可以的酒店了。整個就是把客人當怨種，能坑一個是一個？出租房間最基本的就是衞生，燈泡和空調的基本設施設備吧，口碑是你們剛開始辛苦建立的，也是你們自己放棄的，不管是回頭客還是新客户，這種衞生條件真的很難讓人來第二次。東莞比你們便宜的酒店多了去了，東城萬達周圍都是一堆。在我訂了別的酒店，覺得上一次你們的居住環境真的很好，所以退訂，在你們更貴的情況下還是選擇了你們，結果這樣。價格越來越高，品質越來越差。

以後去東莞就選這家了!環境特別好 衞生也非常乾淨 還有很多一次性用具 酒店服務也很好 是我住過性價比最高的一家 就這麼滿意 以後都不用找別家換了 關鍵是地理位置也非常好 距離萬達很近小吃街都非常近 以後再來東莞就認準彩虹酒店了

性價比高，設施稍舊，空調噪聲，要大力改善

住過衞生最差的公寓，破破爛爛的就算了，還到處灰塵，還有個疑是白蟻窩。最奇葩的是洗手間，玻璃上全是水漬，花灑能裝在洗手盆中間也是沒誰了，洗個手都要小心翼翼的。跟訂房時看到的照騙是天差地別！
