Hotel Sirio, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western Reviews

The hotel is about 20 kilometers away from Bergamo Airport, and it takes less than half an hour to drive there, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This time I came here for a transfer the next day. The facilities in the room are also quite satisfactory, and there is no problem to spend the night. It is a pity that the water tank of the toilet in the room is broken, and the water in it keeps flowing and making noise, which seriously affects the rest! I didn't pay attention to it when I checked in, and I found the problem when I fell asleep late at night. The day after tomorrow, I asked the front desk contact person to come and deal with it through Ctrip customer service, but there was no way to solve it for a while. It can be regarded as a sleepless night... In addition, there are very few varieties of breakfast, which can barely fill your stomach.

The bathroom floor was not only dirty but also full of hair and pieces of toilet paper on the floor, the room heating system was very noisy.

It's very close to the feeling of a US MOTEL, but it's completely enclosed with a gate. Parking is convenient. The front desk service is very good and helpful. There are also many places to eat nearby.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

Booked with the hotel package offered by Leolandia, the location is convenient for both the amusement park and the supermarkets and restaurants/pizzerias. The room was clean, spacious and not very noisy despite its proximity to the fairly busy road. Breakfast is also good

Good location... nice room and affordable price... breakfast is not very well stocked but still appreciable. The quality of sleep was not excellent (noise from the corridors). Polite and friendly staff. Availability of ample parking

Very warm welcome, good will, but only one person to do everything, it's abnormal, moreover it is not a hotel but a motel, with the car in front of the door, clean room, comfortable bed but at €110.00 per night C very expensive, and located in the middle of nowhere, nothing to do, difficult to find a restaurant

The Sirio hotel is an optimal solution for visiting Bergamo and its surroundings. The city can be reached in 15 minutes via a convenient ring road. The structure is modern, with large and bright rooms. The spacious bathroom and a nice large shower cubicle! The breakfast room is welcoming and well served. The buffet is delicious and essential, both for the sweet and savory meals. The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel has a convenient internal car park. Also recommended for families with children... Leolandia is just a few kilometers away. The Sirio hotel is certainly promoted.

We booked the hotel package plus leolandia. The hotel is very close to the park, it is on the road so if you like open windows ask for a back room. We had a room with a balcony. Very nice and basic, perhaps a little small to accommodate the third bed. The third bed was in fact attached to the double bed but not leaning against the wall. They do not have a safety edge available, so for children who dance the samba while they sleep, like my daughter, I recommend bringing it to you (maybe the hotel manager can take it as a starting point to find some). We opted to let the child sleep on the big bed with pillows as a side and an adult on the bed that, however, with the weight of an average adult creaks a lot. We didn't use the breakfast at the hotel so I can't give my opinion. However, we had our breakfasts at the Madal bar in front of the hotel where we found some very kind girls and excellent breakfasts with delicious coffee! We also had dinner there so we recommend it!

Excellent stay, excellent value for money. Polite staff, perfect breakfast, clean rooms, renovated bathroom. Quiet location next to the autostrada. Obviously a car was needed for our transportation. In general, we are very satisfied.
