I heard that the whole place doesn't have good accommodation and I should not expect too much. Maybe I was lucky, because my room was clean and had a western style bathroom. 10min from the beach.

A very little effort would make a huge difference and transform the place from shabby to cozy. It does not even seem a matter of attitude, because the staff I met is gentle and caring. It likely is a matter of mere incompetence. The season is not great this year and only brings few guests while it causes relevant issues due to humidity. I really can't imagine that a homestay can be so dirty. The walls of the room are black, the air conditioner leaks, and it will drip on the pillow in the middle of the night. The toilet seat is also black and the inside of the toilet is yellow. The entire second floor is filled with a strong smell of the kitchen. If you don't leave the hotel before two o'clock, you will have to pay an extra day's room rate. It took an extra hour, and after talking to the boss, I only charged half a day's room rate. There is no basis for the overcharged room rate.

去天文台帶兩娃娃在這住完美。就看中這裏綠化是附近最美的，孩子也很喜歡這些妹妹的花花草草。E11-323到鶴藪村，然後打個滴滴到酒店也就10多塊錢，放下行李直接往左走的小路走不到十分鐘就到天文台的接駁車點。天文台回來沙灘玩沙，回來還有洗沙的地方。告別時小姐姐還送了飲料和小吃，驚喜。

真的無語，我下了2間房兩個訂單，不給完這個差評都對不起我的錢錢，對了，他們那裡沒有抽紙，只有那種很廉價的，空心的，然後整卷還沒有我手腕粗的那種捲紙質量超級差，我問沒有抽紙嗎，他們説他們不配抽紙，現在只有這個，然後一卷其實很薄的，我問她多要一卷，感覺她都不太高興😭

小院子很精緻，很乾凈整潔，從外面看很不起眼，進去眼前一亮。樓梯有點窄，房間也有點小，但是很乾凈，沒有異味。希望保持。離4號沙灘很近走路就可以到。如果有機會下次再來。

離天文台很近很近。 房間有驅蚊液，床也很舒服，窗簾也比較遮光，院子環境很不錯，適合天文台回來休息安神發呆。離海也特別近，老闆很負責有事打電話他是真來解決👍🏻。

環境幽靜，綠化比較好，蚊蟲有點多，但是房間有驅蚊液什麼的，地理位置不錯，離海灘很近，走路也能到，老闆人很好，有事情找他是真來，有被照顧到，下次有機會來這邊玩，我還住這👍🏻
