The room is big. Bed and pillow is fine. The most upsetting and disgusting is the toilet. It is dirty 😬. Perhaps it was not scrub after each guest check out. Breakfast minimal.

Sahoor buffet not to my liking but that’s just me. Due to road blocks and road works it was very difficult to get to the hotel. Even the taxi drivers struggled. Shuttle service was excellent and convenient.

Hotel cleannesses was good service was also good but fare from Majid ul Nawabi, you need to use taxi because hotel shuttle service is limited

Road are closed towards haram I spent too much every time in taxis to reaching haram room service is average trip.com not showing road are closed to haram we are taking detour for 8 km to reaching every time i need my refund asap

the hotel is maybe 3 km away of masjid nabawi but because of some project the road is closed for 2 yeas and still 2 years to go , taxi drivers or hotel shuttle has to drive up to 7/8 km to get there, the room was nice but because of the noise of cars/traffic I couldn't sleep well the first 2 nights, i asked many employees at the reception but they didn't help me until the third night , I wish they helped me sooner, unfortunately even the second room wasn't up to my expectations , it has windows that doesn't face the main road which is good but the shower has also a window that does face the main road so i couldn't sleep well because of the traffic, I don't know how sensitive I am to those noises but the hotel should have better soundproof windows, the last this is the curtain are not really blackout .in my opinion staying at a hotel is mostly about a good sleeping experience.

Nice hotel and very clean

There is no shop around the area except for McDonals. Hotel provide free shuttle coaster to masjid Nabawi 3 times for each solat time. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast are mostly middle eastern, can be better with more International menus.

Place is in good location but there is no service they don’t care about customer service they give wrong rooms and they facility in bathroom us bad

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room. Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer
