The check in was good; the agent was professional and friendly.The hotel is tired - needs a very deep clean and refurbishing in the common areas, elevators and rooms. It has windows in the rooms that open which was great! The restaurant was unexpectedly closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and protein - would have been great to see some fruit. Lots of food. A decent stay for the price I paid and its proximity to the hospital which was where I needed to go.

Great location in Medicine Hat. The hotel is super clean and the staff is great as well.

Great value for money, very nice room. Just by the highway. Hot breakfast (would love some fresh fruit, but otherwise pretty decent). Would recommend.

The hotel is located next to Highway 1, and it is convenient to drive in and out of the highway. There is also a gym and swimming pool. The room is large enough, fully equipped and relatively new, with a large bed and quilt, etc. The Indian restaurant on the first floor is good.

There were no bath towels for three people, only two people were provided. When I contacted the lobby, I was told that the cleaning person had left, so I couldn't hand it over until tomorrow.
