Being here for friends catch up. Okay it’s an budget hotel. But at least the room needs to be cleaned.

I started my day so badly in this hotel. I ordered a NON smoking room, but got a SMOKING room, and the staff said it was because the order I made was only optional. Means that if the room is available, they will give it to me, but if not, I will get whatever is available. Well, the hotel said that their property was full book because of the sport event, but why not provide breakfast with an extra portion?? The photo attached is the only breakfast left, and I think the difference between room with and without breakfast is quite a lot, but here is what we had. Even the staff quietly said "jadi kita makan apa" which literally meant "what we are going to eat" since nothing was left. The chili sauce is so good. I asked the chef extra. I talked to myself, "finally there is something good in this hotel". Location is good and actually it is in a small mall. Better stay with NO breakfast, and make sure you are tolerant with a smoking room condition.

Overall, this hotel is okay with its class, there are only a few things that need to be fixed, namely towels that are already dirty/torn so that they can be replaced and not used again. The mop was too wet at the time of initial check in and only dried the next day. Here, breakfast is in a box. I was not surprised because I had asked at the beginning. The others, AC, Hot Water, TV are functioning well.... even a kettle with complete coffee and tea is provided. Thank you Cordella Inn
