The environment is good. The front desk staff has a good attitude and proactively asks about breakfast.

Very bad. I wanted to just take a shower after climbing the volcano, but there was no hot water. The bathroom was very dirty. Indonesian people are very welcoming. I dropped my glasses on the floor and told them to go upstairs to get them. They were not there. I don’t understand the language. ,Headache.
