Drama, a lot of sad, pathetic drama. A female manager working here had a niece who also worked there while i was staying at the hotel. I say "had" because the niece no longer works there due to her frequency of sleeping with at least one hotel guest. This all became light while I was staying there and other guests were seeing it as well. Integrity anyone?

The hotel is ok, but service is weak to nonexistent. Just on the other side of the freeway are three other hotels which are about 1/3 less in price than this one with no noticeable difference in quality or standard. You'll get a free continental breakfast there too.

I stayed here with friends last spring and while here, one of our vehicles was broken into and we had our things stolen. Surprisingly this place (with the Fairfield Inn connected), has no security overnight or surveillance cameras looking over a very large parking lot. You would think 2 hotels sharing 1 parking lot would be reason enough for security. I guess not justifiable for them.

Moved our room at 8pm to the Fairfield side of the hotel because of hotel issues. They moved us from a room with a bed and sleeper sofa to room with 1 bed and we had 2 kids with us (4 people total) All other nearby hotels were booked. We had to send one of our kids to sleep at their Uncle’s house 45min away so nobody had to sleep on the floor. They didn’t even have a roll away to offer. Only gave us a small “discount” on the room which is completely unacceptable but we were in a bind with it being late and not wanting to relocate with an infant. Would not recommend. The manager originally said he was giving us a discount, then didn’t. And then a very nice woman at the front desk ended up working out a deal for us. While we appreciate the discounted room, it didn’t save us the hassle of having a kid have to go sleep somewhere else on vacation, it messed up our Sunday plans—- but we were honestly just lucky we even had the option. The room truly should have been free for the inconvenience.

Staff was very nice and place well kept. Good amenities for a long term stay, with laundry on-site, cleaning every other day, and amole appliances. Plenty of parking, and great grilling area and fire pit. Nothing within walking distance really, but decent places to eat within 2-3 miles along with grocery stores. About 25-35 minutes to downtown is only down side, but quaint and pretty quiet. Only wish there was a dining on-site restaurant. Overall, pleasant stay.

This is a nice hotel. It’s clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. If you have a Bonvoy status, upgrades were a bit of a challenge to be had. Not because the hotel was sold out, because it wasn’t. Not sure why it was a whole ordeal. The breakfast is so-so. Frankly, Hilton Hampton Inn has a better breakfast selection. At this price point, it shouldn’t be.
