AC Hotel Marseille Prado Velodrome Reviews

Check-in was delayed by late preparation for house services. The front desk receptionists were inactive to tell us when the room was ready. The amenity was good and clean that deserved to have positive feedback. The hotel was located next to a beautiful stadium and attractive to football fans.

Very convenient location if you are visiting the stadium. Pls note that Traffic can be very busy in the hour(s) before the start of the match. Room is spacious and clean. Good value for money

The hotel is next to the Stade Pierre Mauroy stadium, which is very convenient for watching games. The sanitary conditions are acceptable and the room facilities are similar to those of Hampton by Hilton.

That's it. European hotels have nothing. Not as good as Hanting. But you can still call to ask for slippers.

Practical and clean hotel, close to the velodrome, parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast 👍🏽💪🏾

Easy access

Marseille in general was very hot and the air con did not help, it was not able to actually cool the room. The duvet provided was also extremely warm, so we requested a sheet, which luckily they were able to provide after multiple requests. They did have a pool, which we weren't able to use but looked very nice. The hotel was ok overall, but definitely not great if you're looking for something higher end or more luxurious.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as there was a conference nearby that I was attending. The hotel was average, some aspects were good and some not so good. I arrived and checked in and asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from the lifts, I got to the ninth floor and my room was next to the lift, so not a great start. I ate in the restaurant both nights, first night the bar / restaurant staff were great, even though the bar and restaurant were pretty busy. Same staff the following night were terrible, and that night the area was quiet with only 3-4 tables in the restaurant. Did not really make sense. The hotel was in the ideal area for what I wanted so that was good. The room was okay, but either too hot or too cold. As a final comment, I have stayed in lots of Marriott hotels, and AC Hotels by Marriott and this one was below the usual standard.

Street parking is not safe for this hotel, you will get broken window! I have nothing outside in my car, they still broke my back windows. In their parking garage is Euro 20+, and there's no staff in parking lot it's open so it can still get broken in the night.
