Great location next to marseilles station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend staying at the Alex hotel if you are looking for a “boutique” hotel experience. The staff were fine, but service was never amazing they never referred to us as sir or madam, nor made us feel very welcomed, whilst continually forgetting us the day after. The location is rather busy and not a very pleasant area, it would be better to stay in Vieux Port for convenience. We paid for 15 Euro breakfast “buffet” and it was quite awful with not much to eat and not worth 15 euros. The hotel was fine, rooms were alright but not very well decorated. Guests are given paper cups in the room rather than glass. The term “boutique” hotel is rather misleading, instead it is really just a three star hotel. Would not recommend to those looking for a romantic experience.

Very nice hotel,next to the train station,about 10-15min from port.Helpful and friendly staff,amazing breakfast!

We chose the location because it is close to train station.  The hotel definitely serves the purpose.  Room is clean.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is good and worth it’s value.

We stayed at ALEX for 3 nights and had a great time :) The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, we were able to spontaneously book breakfast (which had a bit of a limited selection for breakfast lovers, but wasn't bad) and a massage in the spa (which was excellent!)

知道離馬賽火車站近，沒想到這麼近，出去走200米就到。房間不大，兩個28寸箱子打開有點侷促，早餐達到歐洲三星的要求，有個小院子是加分項。離各個景點都不遠，20分鐘之內。

選這個酒店是因為靠近火車站，方便第二天坐機場線。位置很好，離地鐵站也就幾步之遙，坐兩站就到老港。馬賽的大部分景點都在老港周邊。 酒店房間不多，房間屬於不大不小，把兩個大箱子都打開的話，對行走有點限制。 房費是含早的，早餐選擇不多，吃早餐的地方有個庭院挺舒服的，可以吃好早餐在庭院裏喝杯咖啡。
