Excellent hotel,all the staff were great,very comfy rooms and great location. It's just a shame the exterior of the building is so run-down,it detracts from the experience a bit.

Great location, 10 min stroll to the beach... water front entertainment...handy to great restaurants

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

The location was perfect for us... Close to the beaches (walking distance) and close enough to the Vélodrome to walk too. Enough restaurants nearby also. Breakfasts were good and enough variety. Staff was very friendly. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance... Mostly paint. Would stay here again.

Very good stay, well-located hotel, however I recommend redoing the facade of the hotel.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The facade is in poor condition which already means nothing good, not to mention the balcony. There is absolutely no light in the room, we were told that we are doing it wrong. So we did what we were told but the light still didn't work so the room was very dark in the evening, speaking with another hotel guest he had the same problem. We asked for a late C/O, the lady told us no, unfortunately we were full, but after 30 minutes we saw a gentleman come and ask for a room for the same evening and miraculously they still had rooms available. I asked for towels and they told me to come and collect them yourself in the evening (three-star service??) and no hair dryers in the rooms depending on availability. In short, really the only positive thing is the location but other than that it's really mediocre.

I have just discovered the aparthotel group and I am totally satisfied with the welcome from the staff but especially with the cleanliness of the rooms and the calm. I travel regularly for work and I can tell you that I will not hesitate to rent a room in these aparthotels.

The hotel is right next to the sea, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making shopping very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and a good sanitary environment. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Marseille.
