The hotel was massive and it was really lovely. I love how nice the staff are. The only problem we got was the AC was leaking for at least 2 days. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. ☺️

Good location, friendly staff. Would not order food again in hotel as it is pricey and not very fresh comparing to restaurants around. Visited from the UK, think this hotel is max 3* and overpriced. Clean and tidy rooms.

Massive rooms , right next to market , staff friendly and helpful big swimming pool , bar on site , found hotel to have no atmosphere super quiet only seen us 2 and 2 guests whole time ,

There were several female receptionists, but they were busy on the phone and chatting and did not respond to guests. On the other hand, the male staff were very accommodating. I am grateful to the person who gave me mint tea and the doorman. Mysterious phone calls were made to the room many times. However, when we requested bath towels, no one showed up. They did nothing to solve the problem, and it was a waste of time to wait.

During our stay at this hotel, we encountered an extremely disappointing service experience. In the evening, we discovered that the bathroom had no hot water, and the water quality was extremely dirty. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and they assured us it would be resolved within 30 minutes. However, two hours later, the problem remained unresolved. The front desk then arranged for us to change rooms three times, but the same issues persisted in every room. What was particularly frustrating was that each time we were told it was the “last available room,” yet they continued to offer us more rooms. This repeated dishonesty and evasive behavior from the front desk were unacceptable. Unable to tolerate the hotel’s poor service and facility issues, we decided to leave and switch to another hotel that very night. This experience left us deeply disappointed with the hotel’s service and integrity.

I stayed in a hotel, it was not the worst of the 5 star hotels. 5 stars, believe me, it deserves even 2 stars. Nothing works properly, you have to struggle to open the room entrance door, wardrobe door, even the balcony door. The shower head washes everywhere except the person who was washing. When I told them that the balcony was dirty when they came, they cleaned it the next day. It doesn't deserve even 2 stars,

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for solo travelers to access everything easily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is beautifully designed—spacious and elegant. The on-site restaurants offer a good variety of food, which is great when you're too tired to dine outside. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Huda at the reception. The rooms also feature balconies with lovely views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, there are a few downsides. The cleanliness doesn’t quite meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room, not even on the first night after check-in. Another inconvenience is the lack of power sockets near the bed, making it difficult to charge your phone while sleeping.

Being a 5* hotel, it had facilities and ambiance but lacked in certain things. The room didn’t have any coffee or tea making facilities. The bathroom was run down and required touch up. Breakfast arrangement were weared! The hot breakfast such as eggs was cooked outside the main area in open, which was cold and one had to bring it inside! Room service lacked efficiency and had to call them few times to get things done.

One high point to note is the staff is super friendly. All very well English spoken, no communication issue. Only one point to highlight - we can literally hear the next room conversation. In the morning I heard the next room’s phone alarm… Overall is a very good hotel I would say. Would recommend.

Room was old and Broken facility. I would never recommend to stay in this property for this Price. Also there is no free water Provided within the room.

The lobby and public spaces in this hotel are truly impressive. The rooms are big and clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable, firm bed. The rooms are not as impressive as the lobby, but they are big rooms with a standard layout and balcony. The swimming pool is big and clean. Nice friendly staff. The breakfast selection is great, the only niggle being that the coffee is instant coffee (quelle horreur). Very convenient for the airport. Top top: if you use the Google maps directions function, and are willing to walk a bit, it is really easy to get the public bus to/from the airport for the princely sum of 4 MAD each way.

Very very bad hotel, room was super hot.
