Our stay was very pleasant. Location was excellent with a lot to eat and do within walking distance. The staff were courteous and helpful and breakfast was varied and delicious. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent location. Nice arabic + modern theme. Excellent choices for breakfast. Nice spacious room with balcony. Fairly close to old marrakech market (50 dreams approx) by taxi. Excellent stay.

Everything was amazing.. clean ,staff,breakfast, near airport and centre. But i have one note.. small rooms were very clean bed and everything but not nice smell and the towels looks old (very clean but very old ) and the breakfast for 5day the same buffet .. fresh and so nice but need to change the menu specifically the main menu. Many thanks for everyone was fabulous.

It was lovely but the shower does need to have a door and not just a one sided screen as the water kind of flooded the bathroom. would stay there again.

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast was 5 star as well as the service. The location is outside the Medina and next to a train station, so if you wanted to use it as home base and travel to other cities it is perfect. Everything was wonderful from the foot step and wonderful fragrance inside the lobby. Would return again and again.

The room is newly renovated, clean, and bright. Toothbrushes and other amenities are provided in the bathroom. The television offers multiple channels. There are car parks near the hotel and plenty of dining options in the vicinity of the building.

If you wish to have a relaxing vacation, do not book this hotel. Strict rules regarding outside food, which is not allowed, forcing you to consume and spend your money at the hotel restaurant… which does not offer great options.

The location is perfect as it is near the train station since I came in by train from Casablanca.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!
