Blue Yacht Marina Apart Hotel Reviews

We stayed at the Blue Yacht Marina Apart hotel. But what a disappointment this was. The photos and text on the website do not correspond to reality at all. Below is an overview of what is stated on the website and I missed: A pool table; A football table; A row of sunbeds by the pool; Air conditioning in the living room; A (snack) bar; A restaurant; Mosquito net; Ironing facilities; Kitchen utensils, (Was really minimal, 2 plates, 2 butter knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 1 teaspoon). Disinfectant hand gel; Daily cleaning; Sauna In addition, I had booked a double bed. Unfortunately we got 2 single beds. But the worst thing I found was that it was incredibly dirty. We literally got cleaning supplies from the supermarket to clean it ourselves and all the cloths were black. The ceiling in the bedroom was full of mold which was removed with a little paint. Dust and hair everywhere. Sockets were loose. In the bathroom every corner was full of mold, dirt, hair etc. The toilet brush was black and full of poop. The bottom of the toilet seat was completely brown. Towels and bed linen were changed once a week and when I asked for clean towels I was told that it was not my day for clean stuff. The outdoor pool was dirty, full of vermin, the sides were full of cigarettes. The baby bath looked like it was the bath where you had to wash your feet before you went swimming. In the hallway the glass of a painting was broken, so the glass stems were loose in it and sticking out. Same goes for the glass that was over the fire hose. (Break glass in case of emergency)
