During our stay of 3 nights in this hotel, we realised how important it was to have a staff that was always there to help whenever we encountered any issues. Once our room had an issue on a leaking shower, we really appreciated the hotel staff Samuel’s immediate assistance in changing the room for us. Another occasion was that we encountered the problem of power failure in our room (probably due to short circuit), Samuel was there again, helping us to fix the problem at once. We understand that anything can happen during our stay, however it means a lot to customers how the staff tackles the issues. We could feel that Samuel had put himself in our shoes and tried to do whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Samuel, for his professionalism, sincerity, patience, sense of humour, and his assistance all along. Merci beaucoup!

An excellent hotel, really looked after by Ludovic. A happy smiling face makes for a fantastic reception. A couple of snags with room keys, but soon sorted. Even given a free beer for our patience.

Not just the easiest Ibis to access but once there excellent. Possibly one of the top Ibis I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel under present management. My trip was related to my wife being in a local clinic and access with the tram system was easy

Room for 4 for 2 nights during the holidays on the negative side: it's called a suite, but it's barely bigger than a normal room. Once the sofa is unfolded, there is no room to move around. Small details, not acceptable for this type of establishment: dirty sofa cushions, tear in the sheet of the duvet cover, damaged shower hose Positive side: the very pleasant welcome, the bedding and the breakfast (copious and varied) In the end, it corresponded to our need for accommodation close to the family at a reasonable price but a little effort in maintenance would seem necessary to me

Horrible night in a hotel classified as 3 stars at more than €100 per night with air conditioning mentioned in the room as being "being installed" even though it was 31 degrees during the day and it was impossible to open the window because there was a lot of noise linked to the location next to very busy roads. The Accor site doesn't even have the decency to inform its customers about the application by mentioning it at the top but at the very bottom, where no one goes! It’s lamentable, especially since at this price, you can easily find an air-conditioned 2 or 3 star hotel among competitors.

VERY disappointed with our 4-night stay. The first contact with the hotel was very good: warm welcome, clean and spacious room. BUT the problems are accumulating: --The radiator in the room is not working. Heating is provided by a reversible air conditioning which is located in the corridor perpendicular to the room, the thermostat being just below. Result to have a tiny 20 degrees on the bed near the window you have to set the thermostat to 24...absurd right? --The flow rate of the flush does not allow good evacuation and cleaning of the bowl. Two requests for intervention: the volume of water in the flush is increased...but not the flow rate. Forced to go down to the reception toilets... Problem which arises in several rooms according to the chambermaids. --Hot shower water temperature very unstable. Not very pleasant... --Product reservoir (liquid soap) near the leaky sink, the product flowing onto the floor. no intervention for 4 days. --Forgot to put cups back in the bathroom (once in the living room). --A lighting lamp in the bedroom out of service. Despite the report, it was not changed during our stay. --Starting an engine every morning at 6 a.m. (generator perhaps on the construction site right next to the hotel?): wake-up call guaranteed. This all adds up to a lot and spoils the hotel stay. The addition of these inconveniences is unworthy of an Ibis style whose price, for our first night, was €175. As no one cared, even when we left when paying the bill, to know if our stay had gone well, I did not have an exchange with management on all of these problems.

Little things to review…. Already there is a lack of a welcome with a receptionist because when we arrive we are a little lost… the same when we leave the establishment no one in the hall it feels strange for a 3 star ⭐️, we leave a bit like thieves after 10 minutes to wait by putting your card on the computer and left there by the “receptionist” Afterwards you should not serve your softened speculoos with the coffee…. We already ask for 2 espressos we end up with 2 long ones we let it pass it's no big deal but the speculoos type dog biscuit is gone no you shouldn't…. Don't add anything, it will be more worthy of a 3 star. The bedding was perfect and the breakfast was very well stocked and varied. The staff is very welcoming and friendly

Impeccable bedding and generally friendly staff. No air conditioning and one of the cleaning ladies left the room on and the shutter open during the day! It's a shame not to be able to sleep with the window open because in this case it's impossible to pull the shutter. No reception. Not a great breakfast for bread lovers. No teapot or breakfast tea. Loose tea without dosage. Water machine that grants you a small cup Chamomile for breakfast is a curious choice. High price of consumption. Damage.
