Good location, very convenient to go popular places and find delicious food. Outside scenery is beautiful. Service is also great, always meet my requests. The only drawback is waiting the elevators when busy time

Hotel is near metro station and easy access to all sightseeing. Room is clean and spacious and very unique. Good view of CQ. Staff friendly and very accommodating. The free laundry service is a plus

The hotel location is very convenient as it is very in the centre of every famous attractions. Like walking to Jiefangbei pedestrian street and Hongyadong takes under 10minutes. The Xiaoshizi metro station is also very nearby, only 200m away from the hotel, so it is very convenient if you want to go to Liziba, Ciqikou and shibati (some of them you might have to transit). All in all my stay was very pleasant, I got free room upgrade upon arrival and they help alot with everything problem I had. So I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Chongqing.

Amazing location, very good service and great staff. They delivered the breakfast at my door every morning. Choose the best food for me and I have felt like a queen. Thank you so much!

The biggest problem was the facility was nothing like the photos were shown. The photo descriptions the hotel put here was only the touristy spots nearby the hotel. Not at all how the hotel looked like. They're located in a commercial building which is at least 20 years of age after construction. The lobby on the ground floor and outside of the building looks old. There're seven or so stairs to reach the lobby (though mostly hotels were designed like this in Chongqing) The lift were worn out. In peak hours you gotta wait at least 15-20mins to get the elevator since the hotel rooms locate on 21st and 22nd floor and there are so many commercial offices and other small hotels in the building. I would recommend some chain hotels nearby which they owe the whole building for hotel services, the price were not so much different. What I felt scammed the most was the room I booked with so many nice descriptions were the "no window" rooms, which I haven't noticed as they were written in a very small text description. My mom was already upset seeing the worn out building, the lobby and the lift. I asked for an upgrade because of the unclear description. But they require me to pay $600RMB to upgrade to a river view room. I had no choice so I added $500RMB so I got a good windowed room. I didn't want to leave negative comments at first... but the staff guilt-tripped me saying if I leave any comments that's not fully five stars, their salary will get deducted by their boss. At first I felt bad for them, but later I thought about it, this is the strategy companies in China use to get their five stars comments saying if customers don't do this, their salary will be deducted. I don't want to encourage this way of doing business so I decided I should come and at least leave some truthful comments. Other than the feeling of feeling scammed to live in a hotel that looked completely different from the pictures they show, the location is really amazing, 2 mins walk to the nearest train station, 15 mins walk to Raffles City Chongqing and to the city center with big malls. The housekeeping staff and reception were great nice people as well.

Amazing place with a great view, nice staff and such a special room. It’s very close to the subway and in the heart of Chongqing.

This hotel is sited inside a building which is very difficult to find. We took about an hour to find this hotel. Had to go in through a hotel call Fu Wah hotel main lobby to the lift and up to level 21 to find the reception. There is no breakfast in the hotel. If you would pay for the breakfast, they are all catered and packed from outside and send to your room . Besides, all other places of interest are within walking distance of about 5 to 10 mins.

Great hotel, rooms were clean and roomy. Location is within walking distance to all major tourist locations like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. Hotel is on the 21st floor.

The receptionist is very friendly and professional. Location is nearby 洪崖洞，around 10 mins by foot.

The hotel is close to Xiaoshizi Metro Station, Exit 6, and right next to Luohan Temple. It's within walking distance to attractions such as Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chongqing Art Gallery, and Kuixinglou. During peak hours, the elevator can take a while. The room was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The toilet had a remote-controlled bidet. The bed was comfortable, and we even received a small gift at checkout.

A very practical hotel. The room is spacious. the place is comfortable with high view. So cozy that you may not want to leave. the only issue is the lift .. too many full load ..the hotel is very near to the CRT , also food are very convenient , service is also good

Stayed here with family and booked two rooms, would reccomend. Accomodation is close to Hong Ya Dong (洪崖洞) and Jie Fang Bei (解放碑), about a 20-30 minute walking distance. Right outside is an old street with alot of small stalls serving hotpot and noodles. Front Desk staff offered some sour plum tea (酸莓茶) upon check-in, and the housekeeper lady was extremely friendly, often greeting us whenever we walked by. Her level of service was commendable, apologising when we came back too early for her to make up the room. Some downsides were that there was no fridge to put chilled items, and that the bathroom design was a little odd, a glass panel with a small gap between the shower and toilet. The lobby is located on the 21st floor of an office building, and only three elevators were in operation, so during peak office hours the elevators will be extremely slow.

Good location and front desk helped me a lot with packages that I ordered to the hotel and a pickup for a refund (seller sent the wrong item and wanted it sent back). I was on the 23rd floor which had a cool dessert theme. The room was spacious and modern with strong controllable air conditioning.

The hotel is ideally located between Raffles City Chongqing and Hongya Cave, yet it sits along a quieter side lane, not directly on the main road. I really appreciated this—after a long day out, the last thing I wanted was to fight through crowds just to get back to my room. That said, once you step out and walk less than 30 seconds to the main street, you’re right back in the heart of the action. There's also a metro station nearby, making it super convenient to get around. **Food** Right outside the building, there’s a line of food stalls and small shops that run from breakfast through late-night supper. (Pro tip: they open early, so breakfast is sorted. And for late-night skewers, I recommend the left-most stall when you're exiting the building—it was my favorite.) The whole stretch is worth exploring, and if you're feeling lazy, food delivery apps can send your order straight to your room. **Service** The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. On my second-last day, I asked for something to weigh my luggage and they provided a small, lightweight scale I could bring up to my room—really thoughtful. Upon check-in, I scanned their WeChat QR code to stay connected (a standard practice in China). They’ve set up auto-replies with all the info you’d need: where the laundry room is, local food recommendations (with addresses), and suggested itineraries with transport directions. Very helpful! And don't worry—WeChat has a built-in translation feature, so everything can be viewed in English. **Room** I was upgraded to a room on the 23rd floor. From walking past other rooms during housekeeping, I suspect mine was actually one of the smaller ones—yet it was still very spacious. (My 27" luggage fit easily with room to spare, if that helps for scale.) The water temperature in the shower stayed constant, which is always a big plus. Also worth mentioning: while the street outside looks pretty standard for Chongqing, once you enter the lobby and walk the corridors, it feels like a different world—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A nice contrast I really enjoyed. **Other Tips** When booking a Didi (ride-hailing app), sometimes the default pickup point is set to the main road. Just double-check the map in the app and adjust accordingly—again, it’s really just a 30-second walk. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Chongqing—and I’m pretty sure I will be!
