This property is new, clean and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff were helpful.The neighborhood is not far from Greenbelt Park. I highly recommend it.

We stay there for 3 days. Our experience is good, because the room is clean and good air-condition. The place is very near to lrt station (Vito Cruz). Also near in Ninyo Aquino Stadium and Robinson's Manila. Highly recommend for those who seek for budget friendly hotel in manila.

The first time my friend drove to the night to show that he had arrived, he could not see the hotel on the road, so he went around twice and repeatedly asked the local talent to know that he was behind the right side of the Cosco shipping company. On the day of check-in, I happened to meet the boss lady who came from the United States. The whole building is a Spanish-style building with a three-story house. There is a feeling of living in a villa when entering the hall. There is a common wide balcony on the second floor of the stay. The spring breeze is very comfortable under the weak light. The next day after staying, I constantly encountered old people from the United States who were retired and young Chinese. Husband and wife, everyone should be happy... It is regrettable that the furniture is old, the lighting in the room is not bright enough, and the wifi signal in the room is very poor. I often go to the lobby to rub the net. The twin rooms have no separate windows. After washing the clothes, the waiter in the early shift agreed to put it on the roof to dry, but the front desk of the late shift was indifferent when the clothes were collected. In short, the villa hotel is quiet, if the boss updates the furniture of the hotel in the room, it will be the only choice for vacation tourism.

Additionally, having SM Mall just across the street makes shopping and dining easy. Attractions Nearby: Rizal Park, just a few blocks away, is another highlight. It’s a pleasant walk from the hotel, and you can explore this historical park and enjoy the greenery. Room Comfort: The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the extra space to move around.

The hotel is located in a new area of ​​Manila, far from the airport, but there is a metro nearby. The hotel itself has everything that is stated on the website. The room is large with a sitting area and a kitchen, which is very good for such a price. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Easy check-in, attentive staff, fresh water tank for drinking, good WiFi, and access to public transport. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bank atms within walking distance. Red Doorz as a brand is great but this location is plagued by terrible neighbors. The people next door run some dog breeding business. They keep 5+ dogs in cages outside at night who bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to call the police on my seventh night at 02:00am because the barking just wouldn’t stop and I had an early morning the next day. I’d recommend Red Doorz as a brand but unfortunately this location ****** because of the neighbors. If you value your sleep don’t stay at this location. 5/5 for everything else.. The neighbors will sour this branch’s reputation. Management should look into this.

Cr with molds, only one towel provided for 2 persons and 1 soap. The staff we're a bit loud even in the morning when they have to do cleaning from every rooms. Hopefully they would respect other guests quiet time. The aircon was good. They don't have safety deposit box for safe keeping of important things.
