If you have a long layover it's perfect. Close to terminal 1, about 300 pesos taxi fare (don't get scammed) very helpful staff, they personally got me a taxi at 6am to go back to terminal 1. I had a 10 hour layover so decided get some sleep instead of hanging the sad terminal. The room was clean, it had bottled water, a private bathroom, good a/c. For the price you pay it's good value.

Its our third time booking in that hotel and we like it as its cheaper but the rooms are clean and accessible to all food hub. However the receptionist on that day is not friendly and insist i still need to have 500 deposit. Though on my 1st and 2nd visit orher friendly receptionist just only ask for my id and its all ok.

Customer Service: Won't even greet you at all when you try to check in, security deposit is required also which is not indicated in booking.
Location and Cleanliness: Very accessible to public transpo and resto. hard to fall asleep hearing all outside noises from cars outside. Room is very clean upon checking in.
Room: Even with aircon, its so hard to maintain cold room temp making it uncomfortable. Wifi connectivity is also zero lol.

Located in the downtown area of Malate, it's great for fun!
The surrounding area is noisy even late at night, so it's best not to expect a quiet environment or good sleep.
If you don't mind the above, it's great value for money.

The location is fine though the entrance is not quiet fancy, no telephone for service. But it's fine for its price. I recommend for cheap price hotel but not so fancy, you'll get used to it after a day of stay.

The room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room.
Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.

Rooms were old but large enough and decent enough for the price. Stay was comfortable and secure albiet the lack of toiletries such as shampoos, soaps and dental kits is a bit inconvenient as you need to walk a certain distance to the nearest 711 to buy it.
The refrigerator is unplugged so the guests would have tp do it themselves which is risky since you need to move the fridge from its place.
Some lights do not work and water flooded out from the shower to the bedroom area.

WWin BkkLocated in the university belt off the main road, so traffic noise was minimal. The room was decent. The only problem I encountered was the weak wifi in room.

AAnonymous UserThis time the room that we booked— it’s telephone is out of order, the toilet has blockage, the ac in room creates statics, the lower floor creates loud noises. It was not a good experience to us. However, this is the first that this happened to us in this hotel so we just shrugged it off. Suki kasi kami dito sa hotel na ito because of its cheap price yet comforting hotel to stay in that’s why we let it slide. 😆
