A classic hotel indeed! The room was splendid and the breakfast buffet spread was the best. Close and very accessible as well to malls and recreation centers within the metro. Highly recommended!

Grand heritage hotel. Carpets worn but kept generally clean. Should upgrade plugs and makenit accessible for guests

Attended a convention here, the banquet hall was of enough space, good food and friendly staff.. They also made some update with the TVs inside the room.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough. Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended.

Got this at an affordable rate Room was spacious and complete with complimentary goods. wifi was strong and food was ok for its price

Staff are helpful. Room is decent. Location is good. I will stay hete again. I will recommend to my families and friends. Manila hotel is a must to stay when you want to experience something different.

We wanted to experience a little 1920’s/30’s retro vibe and The Manila Hotel delivered. An old fashioned kind of place but comfortable and stylish. The staff were fantastic, the rooms are quite large and comfortable but the shower was probably from the 1920’s ( not good!) . We did the little tour which was interesting too .

I had an incredible experience at Manila Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of intramuros. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary water and snacks. Also thank you for the upgrade room. The hotel's location was perfect – close to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. I also had the chance to enjoy hotel amenities like the gym, and pool, which were top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend Manila Hotel to anyone visiting Philippines. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
