Wonderful Stay at Rizal Park Hotel 🌟
We stayed at Rizal Park Hotel for two nights and had a truly great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Rizal Park (Luneta), Intramuros, and Fort Santiago, which made exploring Manila's historical sites so convenient.
The hotel amenities were impressive. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which added to the pleasant stay.
We also celebrated Father’s Day during our stay, making it extra special for our family. Everything from the ambiance to the service made it a memorable celebration.
Highly recommend for families and anyone wanting a comfortable and historically charming place to stay in Manila! 🌺

Pool was closed. Mini fridge was upon request. Room decent size. Needs improvement in buffet breakfast selections. Overall good.

I was honestly hesitant to book at first because some of the reviews made me anxious about the cleanliness and service. But after staying for three nights, I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, well-kept and definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, helpful, and very accommodating. They even allowed us to print our visas at the reception, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated.
What also stood out was the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. The lobby and foyer were absolutely breathtaking, spacious, elegant, and welcoming. It instantly gave a great first impression and set the tone for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!

The Hotel got opened in 2017 as far as I know, and it's already run down. Its glorious days are over. Butt he classic architecture and the history of the building it's still impressive and I liked that very much.
What I didn't like was the service, and the breakfast buffet. Other guests around were also complaining that this buffet was worth the money.
Also as often, plenty of staff members walking around in worn out uniforms and shoes, with mobile phones on the pockets which they check regularly.
When I checked out I had to wait until they had checked the room- did not expect that from a place like that. I waited, got my pass to leave and left. But I forgot to validate the parking ticket. So I returned to the desk, 3 minutes after check-out to ask to validate it. And, they asked for my room number- I just checked out and nobody in between me and me... And they ask? Not well trained? No interest? No idea.
The pool is dangerous, slippery, missing tiles, dirt, sharp edges. They should close it and repair it the soonest.
View from there is nice though.
At the terrace around the pool, a lot of dirty dishes, glasses, for at least 15 minutes- several staff members walked by, nobody interested in taking the dishes, throwing the dirt to make the place look a bit more welcoming.
Many management related issues, and therefore my bad rating about the service and amenities/equipment- dripping aircon in the hallway, water on tiles- dangerous.
I watched the video about the vision of the owner, the architect and so on. Unfortunately after only a few years, nothing of this shows besides the nice architecture. Sayang.

My daughter and I spent 2nights 3days at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very homey I love the gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is kinda old needs renovation na. Natatangal na ang mga tiles. The complimentary breakfast buffet needs improvement mas mascara sana dami pa nmn foreigners. That's the only thing that we didn't enjoy.

Check-in took about 20 min. Aircon stopped working twice. Error code 39. Maintenance badly needed. It can be challenging to find a grab car from this location during evrning hours.

Check-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

Booked the hotel as it is near the venue of our convention. This is a very nice hotel. Clean. With small pool. Breakfast is good, palatable.
Unfortunately, the elevator was not working on breakfast time. I was with my PWD son at that time. We took the stair exit going down and up from 4th floor to 3rd floor vv. Good thing It was later on fixed on the time we checked out.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Staff are very polite and accomodating. Building is great as well despite how old it is. You’ll see some signs of aging but it still looks properly maintained. Wasn’t able to try other amenities as our stay really short but it’s a hotel I’m very much willinv to go back to.
