comptable stay

Very spacious room. I booked for a couple but I brought my daughter but there was no extra charge. Breakfast was good. I just hoped there was a good and free parking space.

I booked hotel rooms for my parents and relatives, who are all seniors. My aunties got the room with no window, which makes them a bit sad; on the other hand, they are also thankful that their rooms are not too far from my parents, who got the room with a window, so they can go and witness the Traslacion of Jesus Nazareno. Although not all my requests were granted, I'm happy that the room for my parents has a window and is big and clean. The front desk is accommodating. Thank you, and I will surely book again in this hotel.

The hotel is nice, it has easy access to stores and malls and has good internet connection.

The room is clean , the hotel gave us a good accomodation as well as the staff. This is our 3 rd stay in the hotel. .

Booked this for LET Exam and got it with a lot of discounts from Trip.com. I got the value for what I paid. I'm happy with the breakfast for two that is included, although the confirmation email indicated it is for 3. Still, it is a nice, affordable and convenient stay.

We had a bad experience that we complain about the replenishment of water bottles and toiletries and some mosquitos inside the room but my mother heard in one of their staff talking about us that we complain that much and they said that maybe we lived in slums. We are regularly staying to other hotels but I can say this hotel is one of the worst personnel we encountered. If I didn't tell the truth, they wouldn't improve their services. Another unacceptable wordings that we also encountered during our stay is one of the comment of their staff that they are not a five star hotel that they are not regularly giving replenishment for their water and toiletries if not requested by the customer, honestly I stay in some hotels and they are honest with their customer and they give those things regularly without customers follow up. Their amenities are good but I think their personnel needs more improvement. Never ever talk about your clients because we are just being honest if we complain. If the rooms and halls are well cleaned there will be no mosquitos nor cockroaches crawling. I hope having an honest review not to cause madness but instead a wake up call for improvement. Else your customer will not come back because of not so pleasant experience if this worst services continues. I hope the hotel management talk to their personnel about service improvement.
