I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. What an amazing building! So much character and history. Don't expect a brand new room, but it was perfectly acceptable. You can tell it's been a while since they were last refurbished, but for the cost of the room it was amazing. Despite my 3 star for cleanliness, the room was clean, sheets were fresh. I gave three because there was a bottle cap and random pill just under the bed.

Excellent location and staff very obliging. They held are bags for the afternoon whilst we went around town. Only slight issue, there was no plug socket to put the hairdryer in near the mirror. Overall though very good 👍

Only stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester. Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments

Room was well-designed, clean with modern branded appliances such as a Nespresso machine, Smeg washing machine-dryer, fridge-freezer. Lotsa storage space and spacious bathroom with rain shower. Quiet at night as well for a busy hotel in a popular area. The pool was lovely and hot tub was squeaky clean. Breakfast was table-service but you can pick anything from the menu and I highly recommend the eggs royale! Will defo stay here again when I’m back!

Loved the experience went for our anniversary took my 8month year old daughter aswel the service was really good and the hotel its self was amazing the spa and swimming was good ! Overall would defo be coming back soon! Worth it all day long!

Considering it was the cheapest hotel I could find at the time, I can't complain. The location is good, within walking distance of the city centre. It's next to a 24-hour McDonalds, which is even better. The decor is really old though; the TV and hairdryer didn't work. If you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, it's fine. The staff and cleaners were nice.

Pros:Clean, stylish interior, excellent customer service, smellis good in all areas, shops nearby, big rooms for UK standard. Con: Not much options for buffet breakfast. Highly recommend !

Excellent views from the bar also level 3 is used for breakfast and meals lunch and evening meals lovely meals towards .manchester , The check in staff were polite , professional and the room was quite old fashioned for the price and for a 4 star , The hotel issued me with a comp check out as booked through *********** from 11am till 12pm and 2 half price drinks at the bar Booked the night before with trip.com which was the cheapest option online cheaper than the hotel direct , Hotel close to train station and tram station , was working going on outside room at 8am to earn trying to rest
