Sachas Hotel Manchester Reviews

Our overall experience wasn’t very satisfactory with this hotel. We got a non-window room, the staff members at the reception had no customer service skills as they wouldn’t help with minor inconveniences like providing coffee sachets except the member named Yasar. The room was very hot and only table fan was provided, no AC option. The specifications of the hotel do not meet as it says GYM, sauna, etc. I am an influencer and youtube vlogger, I have a detailed review about the hotel on my channel.

Our room was leaking water, the key of room stopped working, Worst of all they don't have housekeeping staff after 9pm!!!!!

Hotel was fine, room clean. Reading reviews after booking was really worried but all was OK. Travelled with young child. Had time show ID and child ID too. Lovely idea to put heater and fan in room to make more comfortable. Not sure if they upgraded us or not as got a better room than booked. All in all excellent location and value for money

Good, fast, and efficient check-in process, nice entrance and layout, friendly staff. Room felt worn, although clean, slept well

Good location. Poor service from staff when an issue with the tv was reported but eventually changed room. New room couple things broken and missing back from remote along with broken plugs

The lobby, common areas, and my room were spotless. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring that everything was in order each day. Service: 4/5 The staff at Grandview Hotel were friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with reservations. Amenities: 4/5 The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a rooftop pool with stunning city views. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. However, room service was a bit slow during peak hours. Room: 3.5/5 The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and a cozy bed. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Value for Money: 4/5 Considering its prime location and the quality of services and amenities, the Grandview Hotel offers good value for money. While it may be on the pricier side, the overall experience justifies the cost.

Great location right near Piccadilly Gardens , near bars and Restaurants. Centre of city with transport links to other parts of Manchester round the corner , bus and metro services. Very clean and spacious room. Will stay again.

Our 1st room was not good a few problems in the bathroom and in the main bit of the room. We had to go and tell a reception and after inspection of the bathroom moved us to a nother room and there was problems with that room as well . For what we had to pay not good for the value.

Good location and customer service. The entrance to the building was very secure. The heating was on all the time so for those who may not like warmer temperature in the hotel may struggle but the fan was also provided. Some pealed off wallpaper of the walls, permanent streaks on the bathroom mirror and burnt mark on the bathtub. Overall - good, thank you!

We were very pleased to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, there was only one man on the reception desk and he was booking about 10 people in. So one long wait but one poor man only on reception! He apologised and gave us a lovely room with window. Very happy. I have stayed here many times and have always been happy. Thankyou.

Great location, room smell a bit like chemical but clean. Staff was nice esp Mr security.

Staying for two nights in a room without a window for me is perfectly fine The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean and they was a hair dryer. What was quite decent and worked for my curly hair, and we had tea and coffee in the room. Would stay again definitely for a long weekend cuz it's cheap and it's in central

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are basic and a little outdated but everything you need is there. Reception staff lovely and offered upgrade and/or breakfast.
