I am a Thai person who went to stay there. I was impressed with how attentive every employee was. whether the driver will pick me up at the airport Reception staff or even the cleaning staff Everyone is very attentive to me. Just like their family members. I really appreciate all the people here. If there is a chance, I will definitely stay again.

The carpet in the corridors smelled of mold, the smell was pungent. The furniture is very old and the mattress was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on your back as if they were coming out. We asked for a towel that was missing from the room and they told us that they were in the laundry, after two hours it arrived. Asked for ice in the room, paid 1 diran equal to 10 euros. In the evening I went to a bar alone the price of the beers 50% discount was fake, half a pint paid 2.5 during then after the discount time the same paid 4.2 diran, but the discount wasn't 50?, I had read that it was a good 4 stars, but I was disappointed. We asked to leave the next day and they accepted, one night was even too much. Maybe they have to work a little to get to 4 stars

There is noise. There are no insulation in the room.
