Smallest things tell us everything about a hotel. At Hatten Melaka: - bathroom sink drainage was terrible. - base of glass shower area was so dirty. - shower holder was loose - sliding glass door leading to toilet also had a loose handle/lock - zero initiative from reception staff who were doing nothing in the backroom to come out to help clear the queue of people who were either waiting to check out/in or validate car park TnG - breakfast was a mess. Tons of tables uncleared. Long queues at the eggs counter

Had a short but pleasant 2D1N stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka. The room was just nice for two people, and the overall facilities were okay. The location is great—just a 15-minute drive to Jonker Street and the Red Church, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Shore Mall, attached to the hotel, feels slightly old-school but still useful. One highlight was the breakfast buffet—huge variety! Refill was fast, though the food was slightly cold (probably because the aircon was blasting). Loved that breakfast runs from 4 AM to 12 noon, giving plenty of time to enjoy it.

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

I stayed for 3D2N, and overall, it was an okay experience. The biggest downside is the confusing reception area—it’s mixed with The Swiss Hotel, residential units, and a shopping mall, making it quite hard to locate. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a plus. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was just average, and unfortunately, there was a cockroach-like smell in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, and since they share the dining area with Swiss Hotel, things got messy during peak season. They separated guests into a different space without any notice, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent place but with some areas for improvement.

Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our room’s fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience. The highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

I recently stayed at The Majestic Malacca, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate every request and need. Their warm hospitality made my stay all the more enjoyable. The room I stayed in was stunningly designed, with meticulous attention to detail that reflected the hotel’s unique charm and character. Every element seemed thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely loved my time at The Majestic Malacca and would not hesitate to return. This hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice whenever I visit Malacca again! Thank you so much for looking after us during our stay!!

The room is huge for two person however bath tub only avaiable for smaller rooms. On time to visit the portugese settlement Christmas celebration as well.

Longkang Siham is right behind the hotel, while the Bulldog Restaurant is conveniently situated opposite the hotel. Numerous eateries are within walking distance, providing plenty of options for meals. I didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast because there are two kopitiams next to hotel serving a variety of Malaysian local breakfast options. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts a swimming pool with a view, which is perfect for relaxation, and a well-equipped gym with a wide range of functional equipment. Both facilities are well-maintained and fully operational. **Ambience:** The hotel has been refurbished from the former Ramada Hotel. It lacks an exciting ambiance. But the hotel is clean and functional, it feels more like a typical corporate hotel without much character or charm. **Room & Bed:** I stayed with my family of four, including two teenagers aged 12 and 13. The room was well-suited for us, featuring a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. This setup was comfortable and budget-friendly, as it allowed us to stay in one room without needing to book an additional one. If you're traveling with a family and looking to save, this arrangement is highly accommodating. **Overall:** A practical and clean hotel with a fantastic location, functional facilities, and family-friendly rooms. However, if you're seeking a more unique or vibrant atmosphere, it might not meet those expectations.

Quite satisfied with the service, staff was pleased. Check in process was smooth. Room are clean, amenities memuaskan. Breakfast banyak pilihan. Egg station,roti canai, nasi lemak, bubur, salad, mee goreng,nasi goreng dll.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.
