I was welcome with a friendly front desk. The location is excellent. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to the shopping malls and restaurants. Next to the hotel is a very authentic Indian restaurant serving a large variety of Indian cuisine. Free parking at the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE, FIRE AND SAFETY CONCERNS AND NO HELP FROM HOTEL. At 2am on the second night of our stay we were awoken to a strong smell of burning coming out the integrated air conditioning. Due to the reception being empty (not 24h) we tried calling the emergency contact with the security guard numerous times to no response. As this is a serious health and safety concern we decided to stay elsewhere in the middle of the night. As we were packing up, security was eventually informed by the manager to give us a fan, which in no way addresses the issue at hand (a strong burning smell coming out of our air conditioner). Additionally after switching the unit off the smell of burning persisted and had gotten stronger. As we were leaving, the security guard told us we could stay in another room after previously telling us the hotel was fully booked. The next day i returned to speak to the manager and to get a refund which they refused both at the front desk. I’ve never seen such lazy handling of what could’ve been a severe danger to not only us but all of the guests staying, especially when the hotel doesn’t pick up the emergency line. You will get more value elsewhere in malacca. Attached is the lack of staff an hour after the initial incident.

SGI Vacation has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! Good

Short ride to main attractions, many local food n souvenirs, nice river runs through the town.

The room is very clean and spacious. The check process was easy and smooth. The location is a little far from the Jonker Street, but it’s easy to grab over. There are also nice Peranakan restaurant and durian store nearby. Will stay here again if travelling to Malacca in future.

We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle. The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest. During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff. They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor,really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch.

Will stay there again if back to Melaka. Good value for their service and accommodation

Location wise is good. 20mins walk to jonker street. The hotel is clean too! Thumbs up for the free parking One thing that I would like to highlight is the sound proof was really bad which I can tell the next door is flushing toilet. So bring your own ear buds.

I went to Melaka to bring my wife for treatment at Mahkota Medical Center. This hotel is very close to Mahkota, only a 10-minute walk. In addition, there are many places to eat (food court and Restaurant) that can be visited on foot from this hotel. The location is very strategic, the price is affordable, the place is super clean, and the service is extraordinary. This hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go to Melaka. Especially those who will also have a medical check at Mahkota.

Overall is nice, parking is limited but can park at the road side beside hotel building. One thing is you can’t easily get any restaurant nearby at night.
