Perfect Stay in the Heart of Melaka Such a beautiful and unique hotel! The blend of old-world charm and modern amenities makes this place really stand out. Our room had a lovely balcony facing the river, peaceful and picturesque. The lobby and hallways are like a mini art gallery, with beautiful woodwork and Chinese colonial touches. Service was warm & Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended

Location: Hotel location is good. Near Jonker Walk and restaurants along the river. Night view of out location as picture shown. Water heater: Need to allow the water to run for more than 5 minutes. Need to be improved as it leads to water wastage. Room has no fridge.

Location-wise, it's slightly on the fringe from where most of the night market activities are located. Makes me unwilling to make multiple trips out to Jonker Walk especially under the hot sun. Hotel is wonderfully furnished and beautiful. Room is spacious and brightly lit with lights (that's important as I dislike rooms with insufficient lights). However, I found long hairs on the floor and mattress which indicates that housekeeping is not very thoroughly done. Overall, I still have a pleasant stay in this hotel

There were no greetings when in and out of the hotel received from their front desk staff. The bathtub was unsecured as it is not mounted on the bathroom floor.

Nice and cozy. The design of the building mesmerising. However, the cleanliness of the toilet bowl was totally a bad experience for me (urine stains as picture attached).

The room is neat, spacious and clean, bathroom is big, environment is clean and quiet, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, great location makes it convenient to go anywhere and shopping in Jonker street, full amenities provided, but no fridge and car park is very limited space. Good stay, suitable for couples, recommended.

Stayed at 1825 gallery hotel for a night. Very convenient location by the river. Takes about 7 mins walk to reach jonker street. Many bars and cafes nearby which can be explored. Hotel is very clean and the staff there are friendly and very approachable.

We were greeted by helpful frontline staff. The hotel location was great - right next to the canal river with numerous cafe on either side of the canal. It would be ideal if they provided the room with a fridge; otherwise the overall amenities including parking should meet the standards of most discerning tourists 👍

Honestly one of the best hotels you can find along the melaka river. The hotel decor was aesthetically pleasing, the room was clean, amenities provided, bed was comfy, and service was great. There’s also a parking space for guests (limited). Location is great too! Walking distance to all the happening places like jonker walk/museums/bars, but still quiet. We stayed at their executive suite for reference.

Nice hotel next to the river side convenient to the red square and restaurants. We stayed in a room with a view facing a wall and an unkempt alley. Can hear some noise from the lobby and corridor late night and early morning since the room is on the ground floor.

Hotel is nicely located next to the river with good view, and very close to the heart of Malacca heritage circle. Easy to explore around. It’s clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast menu is limited and fair

Lovely boutique hotel just by the riverside. Beautiful view from the suite and the room is spacious. However needs to have a plugin mosquito repellent in the room as theres mosquitoes around and theyr bugging us at night. Service is good but the letdown is the breakfast buffet. Can do better. Overall i give it an 7.5/10
