It was the best experience the is very cooperative and specially the chef gulam he makes the best eggs. I’ll book again inshaAllah. Rooms are clean and few minutes walk to haram very close

Nice hotel with great service and location (near to haram). The hotel also provide great shuttle to haram. excellent house keeping by staff (Mahadi)., BIG Thanks to him for always providing us whatever we need. Overall 5/5 to Marriott Jabal Omar 😘

Very smooth check-in, although we arrived early. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious, clean, and new. They provide shuttle bus to the Al-Haram area, so convenient! Very quiet hotel and one can feel the luxury.

The location is about 500-1000 meters to haram i dont recomend if you have family

The hotel reception was very good however the room wasn’t, the room had a terrible smell which i highlighted to the room service, the room service said he will send somebody, i advised if we can have a air freshener in the meantime, nor the room service guy came nor the air freshener was accomodated, it was good that we had one day stay otherwise it would have been a very difficult situation for us.

I had a bad experience with the lobby receptionist. I lost my iPhone 14, which I left inside the Jabal Omar Marriott shuttle bus around 2 am when I went to the Haram for Tawaf. I called my phone using my sister's phone when I noticed I left it on the bus. Thankfully, someone picked up and he want help to pass my phone to the hotel receptionist. While at the Haram, I focused on my Tawaf and prayers, returning to the hotel around 11 am. My sister also checked my phone's location during our time at the Haram, which showed it was at Jabal Omar Marriott. However, when I met the receptionist and inquired about my phone, she denied any knowledge of it. Despite my insistence and showing her the phone's detected location, she remained unhelpful. Her name was Alpra (not Arabic, but she appeared to be of African descent). Fortunately, I approached the bellboy service for assistance. I showed them the picture of my phone's detected location in the surrounding area. Two of the bellboys, wearing red shirts/jackets, were particularly helpful. They meticulously checked each desk at the receptionist lobby and found my phone inside one, right beside where Alpra was standing. If Alpra help me during i approach her I only will took around 5 minutes. But because of her reluctant it took me almost 2 hours to get my phone back.

At Jabal Omar area..they have 24 hour shuttle to haram. Room is big. Breakfast choice limited

I love this hotel. They upgraded my guest room to suite room. I can see Masjidil Haram from my room. Each prayer, speaker will be connected direct from Al Haram. Very near to Al Haram. From Al Haram to hotel there are buggy you can take off.

Love the location, the place is super convenient, comfortable and most importantly secured.
