Very poor customer service. The staff seem unaware of their own services — they didn’t even know about the shuttle service or its pick-up and drop-off points. I had to call every day just to get the room cleaned and request basic amenities. Upon check-in, I had to find a porter myself because the reception staff neither knew nor bothered to help. The same happened at checkout — the porter left the luggage in the luggage room, and when the driver arrived, no staff was available to load it into the van, so I had to do it myself while other staff just watched. The room itself was disappointing: fridge not working, bad sewage smell, dirty carpet, and unclean floors. Overall, this hotel is very average for the price paid, with extremely poor service. At the same price point, you can definitely find much better options.

It was one of my best hotel experiences in Mekkah. Close to Haram. Fully recommend.

My one king bed room has been upgraded to suite wirhout any additional charges. When we talk about suite, of course everything inside the room will be better than the normal deluxe room. But the most lovely part I cherished a lot is the view which direct to Masjidil Haram. The best part is that there is a direct speaker to the room from Masjidil Haram which you can follow for prayer. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus operated 24hours to and from Masjidil Haram. Overall, this hotel is superb...

Our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed the room. It's around 5 minutes walking to the gate 79 of masjid Al-Haram. They even have a shuttle car if you feel lazy to walk😄. Special thanks to the lady in the receptionist named Afrah. She was so kind and helpful.

Location was really good there is a buggy and mini bus service on regular so you don’t have to wait to long. Only thing I was disappointed with is the view I was told city view I was given the view of a wall of a building next to us. Apart from that everything else was good!

Room itself was spacious and almost clean but vathrooms were broken down and filthy. Sinks ,shower room were fungal and horrible. Considering the name and lobby the room didnt reflect accordingly. I guess here doesnt matter either.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning location. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Al Haram. Al Haram is within walking distance from the hotel, but the hotel has arranged everything to make it easy for guests to reach Al Haram. They have golf carts and buses running non-stop to Al Haram, which was truly a luxury. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and does their best to keep the guests satisfied. My thanks go out to the staff who welcomed us warmly and took great care of us. And let's not forget the food. We had only booked breakfast, but we could enjoy delicious dinners at the hotel for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, with both local and international dishes. In the evenings, we enjoyed wonderful meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

Overall we had a great experience. Very friendly staff and clean accommodation. Limited facilities in the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the 24hrs shuttle service and very close to haram. Hotel needs to be refurbished looks a bit old school. We had an incident were the roof ceiling in the middle of night collapsed. We informed receptionist 2 times but they didn’t send anyone. Then the next day I again went straight to receptionist then after sometime they sent an engineer.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and the location was perfect with free shuttle service.

I wanted to take some time out to write this message, especially for Miss. Afraa, the supervisor at the front desk. A purely caring soul, very humble. Any issues addressed to her, they were brilliantly handled. A special thank you, from my family and I. I was quite surprised she was so well organized at her job.. Miss.Afraa, you honestly would be a great manager for the Marriott hotel, one day. Such a loyal staff member. While in the lift with her she let all the guests out then followed in the end, that was very kind of her I noted the small things in her, she was more concerned and connected with all the guests requirements.. upon leaving she even went as far as paying for my families pizza, from her own expenses and in return only said “keep me in your prayers” such an humble person. Your kindness, I saw from day 1 of our stay till the end of our stay. The hotel was great, the food was absolutely amazing, the rooms were brilliant, beds were super comfy. One of the best hotels in this area. They have a shuttle bus and golf cars running to and from haram, which non of the local hotels have! The golf cars run constantly (every 5 mins which is a great benefit for elderly guests) .. loved my stay.. Marriott hotels are always organized. ❤️ Thank you, Miss.
