This hotel has good experience reception team however their cleaning team needs improvement, location is faraway from shopping center. The area needs more development for the tourists

Location is not great to access Haram. Bathroom was quite small and it was not upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. The room was quite ok

Worst service ., not clean and except for reception staff., hotel staff not good. Rooms are congested. Breakfast service is worst. Overall it was unpleasant stay.
