We had absolutely amazing time at this hotel.

Location is not great to access Haram. Bathroom was quite small and it was not upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. The room was quite ok

Good to stay for umroh, near bin daud supermarket and can walk to haram bus station

Good customer services and clean rooms. High quality house keeping .

Worst service ., not clean and except for reception staff., hotel staff not good. Rooms are congested. Breakfast service is worst. Overall it was unpleasant stay.

They give really very late check in waiting long time and bed is like children bed but we booked big

No customer service satisfactionat at all. The only thing they can do is to STRESS the client to the max 0 Zero CUSTMOR SERVICE SATISFACTION HORRIBLE experience ever
