Decent hotel very nice not as close as clock tower but not too far either

This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special. One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!

We were provide All Partial haram haram View Room while Our Reservation Only City view. All amenitis Re load daily And Room Cleaned daily. All staff friendly With their answer if We ask something. Nice hotel, highly recommended for those coming to Mecca.

We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

I would not recommend this hotel for the following reason. Haram is a steep hill down and up to get back to the hotel. Bus service is as bad. The smell in the rooms is awful. Air conditioning doesn't work. Rooms have dirty carpets. The receptionists are lousy for their job. Housekeeping is up for grabs for the tips only,. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet you'll get no seating on the weekends they'll turn you back regardless of what you've paid. Not a child friendly hotel. Security let anyone in the hotel, no checking of cards there just on their mobile. The staff are not fit for their job, at all. Especially the receptionist and the room operators (they speak basic English or any other language) The list can go on!!!! Not worth the money PARKING IS TOOO EXPENSIVE 185 SAR PER NIGHT Room service is bad the food was awful. Breakfast buffet 73 SAR FOR CHILDREN UNDER 17 years old. (DO NOT LET THEM OVER CHARGE YOU BECAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WILL DO) Prices are listed on trip.com. 145 PER ADULT PLUS 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT. No tooth brushes in the rooms? No loofah? No comb? No shower gel? No shaving kit? But they call themselves the 5 star service. I would never recommend a hotel with low standards highly poor service with a 5 star LOOK

A complete luxurious hotel with a bad receptionist and the worst housekeeping.. blocked nose as there is no ventilation in the rooms.. thank God we left!! I'm shocked the staff ignore everything said to them. But wanted a 5-star rating from the whole group.. bed bugs as was itching like mad..

Amazing hotel, location, cleanliness, staff, food, service.....in general it's faultless.

Really nice 5* hotel only small thing to keep in mind is you need to take a shuttle which takes you to a lift to the masjid. Apart from that hotel was really clean and big and had an amazing view of the masjid from my window, would recommend

I visited with friend the hotel is very close to Masjid al-Haram. Clean and quiet service was excellent breakfast was great
