Luckily this property saved me from traveling back home haha Love the room coz it's cozy. Could've been better if there's a fridge and additional hanger.

We chose a hotel for one night, we had a layover between flights for about 20 hours. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room is simple, there is everything you need to rest after the flight, take a shower and sleep :) there is nothing else to do there. I would hardly book it for more than two nights. There is air conditioning, there is Jolibee and Mac nearby, 7/11 is also within walking distance

Outstanding friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location! The room was spotless, and the location is fantastic—just a few minutes to BGC and Makati. There’s a restaurant next to the hotel that’s open until 22:00, and plenty of other dining options and street food within walking distance. I’ve stayed in several hotels around Manila, and I can confidently say that, in terms of price/quality ratio, this was the best. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

The place was perfect, it’s so near to restaurants and stores, the service staff also were helpful and nice, but what disappointed me is that they don’t have free bottled water for drinking while they mentioned it on their amenities. But all were great..

We had this early booking we pay 100 per hour before our check in time. If you have luggages no worries no staff will assist you to bring your luggage upstairs you do it alone😔. Good thing they have free access for drinking water.

The feeling of the homestay is that the service is not bad. Although the toilet is old-fashioned, it is very clean. I don't know why there are no slippers. I have to wear barefoot shoes or keep wearing shoes. The location is in a residential area, that is, a small apartment, surrounded by people, I feel relatively safe.

Almost clean except for permanent stains on the beddings and worn out towels, but in fairness both beddings and towels seemed clean enough. I was given a wrong key, to make it worse there’s someone occupying the room when i tried to open it with the key i was given both the guest and myself were shocked, luckily they had the second lock put in place (chain lock). The description says the beddings is duvet but to my surprise it’s only flat sheet, i booked a deluxe room and they said for that type of room they only provide flatsheet.. but then again, had i known that from the start I could have booked a totally different room as i want a duvet since i easily get cold plus im a little bit under the weather during my stay and would really need a duvet.. told the staff they should update the description on their posting as it is misleading but they don’t seem to mind what im saying… i ended up paying additional 250 pesos per night for the duvet… aside from those mishaps mentioned i had a comfortable stay anyway..

The place is clean. I got a room upgrade upon checking in which is a very nice treat. The area is not that great but it’s near most establishments.
