The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners.

Very clean, comfortable and well located. The breakfast was delicious.

I stayed in this Hotel several times and it’s always excellent.

Convenient transportation, clean and sanitary. The European breakfast is healthy, delicious and rich, and the quality is much better than most of the Western breakfasts in five-star hotels in China.

It was right next to Mainz Central Station, so it was easy to find even though I arrived at night. The breakfast was delicious, and it was in a great location for walking around. The interior of the hotel was also clean.

Top hotel, I was previously at the Hilton for twice the price. The Intercity can easily keep up. The room is small but adequate for one person and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The bar in the lobby is a great place to chat. Great team, will be back

The location was great, right in front of Mainz Station! And the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious too!

Hotel was good. but difficult to reach by car. Garage poorly indicated, but the municipal garage next door is just as expensive.. Breakfast excellent, but sleeping was not good, rock hard bed, too small, a lamppost right in front of the room window with bad curtains so I did not sleep a wink. 🫣

The hotel is well located and clean. However, there are also drawbacks. The breakfast room is too small and too crowded. The service to rebook one of the 6 rooms was poor.

Intercity hotel is very close to Mainz Hbf, only 3 minutes away. Come out of the door of platforms 8, 11, and 13 in the station, go right along the road where the taxi comes in, pass by a tram track, and the hotel is opposite. The breakfast was very rich, the photos hanging on the walls in the hotel were artistic, the service staff were warm and thoughtful, and there was a free city travel card. It was very comfortable to stay here and I would come back again.

Hotel is well located, close to the station, but no noise at all. Breakfast was very good. Compliments.

I am very satisfied with the value for money. Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and breakfast were provided at an affordable price. At this price, I am willing to visit again. There wasn't a lot of food for breakfast, but it was nice to be able to fill up my stomach. However, for a hotel, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing... (the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned.) The facilities were okay, but the bottle openers provided were worn out so I couldn't open a bottle. Overall, it is not managed very carefully.
