Travelodge Maidstone Central Reviews

The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

The room was extremely hot. We had to have the window open and there was constant noise all night from racing vehicles and sirens.

The staff are very friendly, easy car check in. Found the hotel to be very clean, we had a lovely view from the fifth floor, overlooking the river, great breakfast, our only gripe was we found the bed a bit hard

Really good stay. Terrance (Receptionist, Barman, Legend) was different gravy. So polite and gave great service everytime. Promote him to the manager ASAP

I had breakfast recently and was impressed by the excellent service provided by a staff member, Iryna (I believe that was her name). She was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive to both my colleague and me. It was clear she has many years of experience in the hospitality industry. She took the time to share helpful information about Maidstone and pointed out several key locations in town, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for contributing to such an enjoyable and welcoming experience.

Fantastic location in yge centre of Maidstone. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very good. The following staff made it even better. Trevor or it may have been Terry Lucy Holly The only issue I had was that there was no Guinness

It’s a ageing Travelodge and has no air-con in the rooms so extremely hot in the warm weather, you are supplied with a fan, restaurant and bar area very clean and tidy

Situated in the centre of Maidstone, it’s ideally located for all amenities within walking distance. Good nights sleep, which is the important thing Like most Travelodges it’s a little tired around the edges and due to the cut backs on Housekeeping services it’s a bit lacking. One of the two lifts was out of action during my stay.. and strong smell of **** on my floor on 2nd night…grrr.
