Very good location the room is clean the toilet is big enough,the staffs is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional. The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided. Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies. Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

I wanted to extend my stay for another three nights, they didn't cooperate with me, they told me to apply through the hotel website, but that didn't work either, but everything else was fine.

The location is excellent and safe. It is very convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel has artistic design, rich breakfast, and tastes good. The bed is a bit soft and the hand soap in the bathroom is not replenished. Others are good

The breakfast at this hotel is one of the best breakfasts I've had on Eurostar. There is a wide variety of fruits and the front desk staff are very welcoming. What's most special is that there is a balcony overlooking Madrid. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very good, the room size is moderate, the city center, the location is very good, you can go to the surrounding commercial district, the service is very good, the hotel service is very enthusiastic, the overall good, high cost performance.

Apart from the location, there is no other advantage. There are many Chinese restaurants around. The room is very old and the bed is very small.

The location is great. It's a 10-minute walk to the center, across the house is the jamon museum. The metro is also nearby, but we didn't use it, we walked around the center. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious, there's even sparkling wine and churros. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is beautiful, it's not noisy. Of the minuses - the sliding door to the bathroom does not close tightly, there is no toilet brush, the air conditioner works incomprehensibly (not critical in winter, we aired it out). In general, I recommend it.
