Great location near all of the major sites in the center of Madrid. The room was small but clean and well laid out, and everything worked as it should. Friendly front desk staff and cleaning service, and an excellent value for anyone looking to stay close to the action!

Well located hotel

The lobby is nice, the room is a bit small, but it has air conditioning. Madrid and most places in Spain have been 40 degrees during the day recently, which is unbearable. There is an elevator, so you don't have to carry the stairs yourself

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient living areas nearby and within walking distance to Sun Plaza. The room had plenty of space and Netflix was available. The downside is that although there are no smoking signs inside the hotel, I still smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I immediately reported it to the front desk and they said they would handle it. The public area has a kettle, microwave and refrigerator.

Great location! There is a sofa downstairs where you can wait for others and store your luggage! Very convenient! recommend!

The hotel is quite old. The elevator can only accommodate two people going upstairs at the same time. The hotel room is relatively small and the sound insulation is not very good. Other things are just average.

The hotel is located near Gran Via and everything important in Madrid, it is comfortable and clean, I would go back.

Staying at this hotel in Madrid was a real bummer. I didn't look at the store's photos carefully before ordering, so I may have ordered it hastily. When I checked in, I found that the room facilities were even worse than those of a small hotel. There was a small window, but when it was opened, there was still a wall, and the room was very cold and damp. The bed sheets were worn out and had bugs in them. The worst thing was that the back was very thin. The room was very cold at night and I almost caught a cold. Friends who want to stay in this hotel must be careful, the price is not cheap

Lightning! The air conditioner in the room is broken and can't blow warm air. There is no hair dryer, no kettle, and no free mineral water, which needs to be paid for. The "quilt" is made up of two sheets and a thin blanket. The room is very cold. Moreover, the room is very small and the sound insulation is also very poor, like a youth hostel. It is highly not recommended.

The location is great! It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main square. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and a large primark is right near the accommodation. The room is clean, spacious and good!
