It’s clean place and good breakfast   I would like to go back again

This place was top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good choices and yummy.

Stephanie greeted us at check in, she noticed there were 4 of us and immediately offered an upgrade to a 2-queen top floor suite. She was friendly, welcoming and very nice.  Being an IHG Spire member I am often upgraded to suites, however this suite must have been one of the most spacious in any HIE I have ever stayed at. Everything was clean and in great shape, which is no wonder since the hotel was completely renovated two years ago.  We went to refresh in the pool, which was being cleaned by the maintenance gentleman. He later brought pool towels and was friendly and curteous, too.  Breakfast in the morning was actually ready before posted time, the vast majority of the guests that night were workers, who obviously required an early start. Being an older property in original design meant the breakfast room was somewhat small and got full immediately. Luckily, there was additional (multi-purpose) seating available in the lobby just outside breakfast room.  All in all a great stay, I will gladly visit again.

Spur of the moment decision to stay the night instead of driving back to Palm Springs put me in need of a room on Labor Day weekend with no vacancies in sight. HIE had a room and so I grabbed it. What a nice experience! Check in and check out staff were friendly and warm. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed didn't make me feel like I was a million years old the next morning. Starbucks is across the street which made for an easy exit back south the next morning. What a pleasant surprise!!
