Hotels in Taipa, Macau

The service was great, and they offer luggage storage downstairs, along with a shuttle to the border crossing. The view is beautiful, both day and night. The hygiene was decent, but I wish they provided hand soap instead of bar soap. Overall, it's pretty good, the only downside is that most coffee shops in the mall downstairs don't open until after 11 AM.

The room's hardware isn't great. The magnetic catch on the bathroom door was broken, so it wouldn't close properly, making showering quite awkward. It was too late to change rooms, which was a bit disappointing, especially since they claimed it was a new hotel. The view outside the room was excellent, though. The breakfast buffet was very average. It's on the second floor with a lake view, but the variety of items wasn't extensive.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. From specially arranging a high-floor room with a view of the Wynn Fountain, to constant communication regarding airport pick-up, and then having a dedicated receptionist escort us to our room upon arrival to explain the amenities and recommend travel routes – everything was perfect! The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful, especially with fewer people, making for a comfortable dining experience. Plus, the mattress was fantastic, providing great support after a long day, allowing for a very peaceful sleep! I'll definitely be back!

My appreciation for the Mandarin Oriental brand led me to visit the Macau property 🇲🇴 after my stay at the Hong Kong one, eager to experience its unique charm once again! Each Mandarin Oriental hotel in every city has its own distinct culture and character. The facilities at the Macau MO are generally a bit older and relatively simple, and the rooms are smaller than those in Hong Kong. However, they are well-maintained. This time, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a higher floor, and the soundproofing was excellent. Many thanks to the reservations department for their efficient replies and thoughtful service, which made this trip possible (it was almost canceled due to a thunderstorm ⛈️ warning). The front office staff provided warm and detailed service; a special thank you to Forrest for the care! The in-room service was particularly impressive. Every staff member was well-trained in etiquette and manners, and they responded promptly. The turndown service was especially warm and welcoming! For travelers who aren't keen on gambling, the Macau MO is an excellent choice. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it to others!

I specifically brought my mom here for her birthday. The ambiance, service, and cleanliness were all excellent, as expected from Wynn. Since it was my mom's birthday, the hotel even gave us a small, delicious cake. There was a minor hiccup during our stay: some other guests were being loud in the hallway at night, disturbing our rest. However, the hotel staff did their best to resolve the issue. A big thank you to the staff and the duty manager!

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was a gentleman in the hotel lobby with an exceptional attitude; he helped us call a taxi and even weighed our luggage for us.

We randomly chosen this hotel in Trip.com, but the hotel did not disappointed us. The hotel location was just opposite the Grand Lisboa building. There were a lot of f&b, convinience store, banks, fashion shops around. The hotel restaurant foods is highly recommended, delicious and was big portion. The housekeeping staff who service our floor was very helpful, very keen to asked us whether to make up our room 👍🏻 Highly recommend to everyone who visit macau

This hotel in Macau offers great value for money, especially for families traveling with children. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained. Both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants on-site serve delicious food. I'll definitely be coming back! 😄

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
