She was very helpful and kind to us and she even provided us coins/change to use for the bus going to HZM. Overall great stay. The place was great. Decent and affordable hotel room for a stay in Macau. The room was clean and maintained. They provide toiletries and water at the front desk. Air-condition room with kettle, dryer and heater available. Double bed room, with cabinet and working table. Would recommend this hotel for your stay since it is Near senado square, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. 8 min walk going to Ruins of St. Paul and 10 min walk going to grand lisboa hotel where you can ride free shuttle buses going to other casinos and mall especially in studio city, parisian, venecian, and londoner.
