Great location, inside old town and close to train station and cruise piers. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. For eg there was a used towel hanging at the back of the toilet not cleared, and underneath the sofa bed was filled with dust.

Good location and has washing machines and dryers for a small fee. However, there’s no kettle in the room, and most shops nearby are closed on weekends.

This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station. Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.

Convenient location but if with heavy luggage, might not be easy to move around

Hotel is in great location. Not too far from the main station. And it has a cafe, you can easily find the food. It has laundry room also. We have booked the room with kitchen. They have electric stove and a complete cooking utensils. And the room was big. The lift is too small and to reach the room, you have to take the stairs. But it was okay

Things are expensive in Swiss, you can do light cooking to save some money.

Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

10mins walk from Luzern train station, quite close and easy to find!! The room is tidy and clean with usb and type-c plugs provided(great!!) However, the water will leak when having shower, i think the host should add plastic tape for leakage prevention, the towel for placing on the floor could not absorb the leakage , so frustrated! Also, the water was not hot and warm enough. Very cold The staff was nice and responsive from email of providing help

Nice location near to all the tourist spot and train stations

Good location and the room was very clean and lovely. Regardless of the incorrect booking number from the check-in voucher, the staff was quite patient and helpful on the phone.

Hip and cool hotel that will be a draw for young adults and kids (my kids loved the cozy bunk beds). Location is close to most restaurants in the old town and is very convenient. Check-in is self-service, and while I didn’t have any issues, I saw a couple of other guests having some problems. But they managed to resolve the issues with a simple phone call. So highly recommend to check your emails reservations beforehand to ensure smoother check-ins.
