Nice hotel basic the bed is so hard. Cheap and easy if staying before a flight

No window very warm in the room. No air conditioner reception controls it. Chair near the bed to put phone on No bedside table. Toilet over flowed in the bathroom. Sinks have seen there day. Not smelling very nice. Would not stay again. Staff was ok.

I would never go back again, this place have nothing except one dirty bed and a toilet. If you are alone you still find it very tight, no space for your backpack forget about anything bigger then backpack, one small chair nd a tiny table that you can only put your keys and a glass that’s about it, no coat hanger, no iron, not even a plastic glass for water not even tissues for hand dry. The service from staff is very moody especially the one who was working around 11am on Thursday 10th July he was very rude and everyone else was ok. Out of 20* i would give 2*.

Hotel very good value for money- 3 mins walk from railway station. Friendly staff. Great if you have to fly from Luton Airport early in the afternoon. I had a no window room however I found it very OK

Dreadful..not even a lock on the door. Do not stay here. If you complain they are very rude.

Very basic but clean and all you need if you just want a bed before heading to the airport. Helpful staff.

The hotel is in a very accessible location and close to the town centre. Easy to travel and quick transfers. Will recommend a night stay and quick city tours.

The hotel design made me feel like I was in jail, but location was near the airport and price wise was alright

The hotel is near the train station and easy to access. There is also bus stop nearby which could bring us to the Luton Airport within 30 mins. In conclusion, the hotel location is very convenient. The accommodation is in the basic standard level and acceptable. It is a considerable option if you wish to stay for 1 or 2 nights only with few budgets.

Location in the centre, easy to reach. Quiet rooms. Close to shopping mall.

Very basic for small price, located close to the airport. Strong smell of air freshener masking cigarettes smell. Small rooms. But nice staff

I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent booking issue. I mistakenly reserved a room for tomorrow instead of tonight and promptly reached out for assistance. Despite explaining the honest mistake and my inability to stay tomorrow, my request for a cancellation and refund was declined. While I understand policies exist, I had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach, particularly given the genuine nature of my request. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend your services to others. I will be sharing this experience in my review, as transparency is essential for future guests to make informed decisions. Thank you for your time.
