The location is very close to luoyi ancient city, less than 5 mins walk. When we arrived, the boss pickup us at cross road due to small alley so our driver cannot drop us directly. Boss is very nice even though we do not understanding Chinese. We communicate via translator apps. Breakfast is provided but we woke up late 😂😂 so the kitchen is closed already. But it’s okay tho because when we asked for extended check out, the boss kindly offer no further fee. We explore luoyi ancient city (5min walking), lijing gate (10min via DiDi) and yingtianmen (18min via DiDi). The room is very modern look and using smart system. The lock also using auto lock so no worries for break enter. The bed and pillow so soft we sleep soundly. There is auto lighting at the mirror in the bathroom which is very nice for makeup. There is small courtyard outside room which is very aesthetic. Overall nice environment and experience. Very recommended for foreigners like us.

We had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

Good location. Quiet and clean room. Friendly owner. Free breakfast may need more choices if you are not looking for the famous beef soup not far away. Overall, positive experience.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. This hotel is a hell. Noise is insupportable. The rooms are all very near, there is any sound proof and you can ear everything: steps, bathroom, drunk people. Guests do not respect the sleep of other guests and put music at 1am in the morning. The management does not do nothing. I reserved for two days to take a rest and have a good sleep and I have 2 awful nights. The cleaning is average. The rooms are very small. The two positive points are:1. the receptionist young guy (who tried to manage as he could all the problems I had); 2. the location (next to the ancient city). If you want to sleep, forget it.

Very quiet hotel with superb location within the ancient city, they have the cutest puppy ! Also we were so lucky to have a complimentary and delicious breakfast on the day we left. Highly recommended !

I chose this homestay by accident. The transportation is very convenient next to the ancient city, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the room is very clean and smart, and what is particularly interesting is that there is a quiet and relaxing courtyard, which is very comfortable.

The homestay is very close to Luoyi Ancient City, right next to it. The car can be parked in the underground parking lot of Luoyi Ancient City. The guy at the homestay is very enthusiastic and recommended an old shop for drinking beef soup, which tastes good. You can eat in the small courtyard, which is very cozy.

I went out with my friends and found this homestay by chance. It was already early in the morning when we arrived. The owner was still very welcoming. The room was very clean and provided a rich breakfast. The courtyard environment was also very beautiful. I will choose this place next time I come to Luoyang

Advantages: 1. The room is suitable for a family of three, with ample sleeping space. 2. Breakfast is provided every day. 3. I stayed in Henan for 7 nights. This is the most satisfactory B&B. It is conveniently located two minutes away from Luoyi Ancient City and very close to Yingtianmen Jiuzhou Pond. The B&B is very clean and has a good environment. It has its own small yard. It is quite cool in the yard. There is a breeze in the summer. You can drink tea and have breakfast in the yard. The breakfast is rich. The millet porridge and dumplings are delicious. It's a pity that I forgot to take pictures. The boss is very enthusiastic. When we left, he recommended delicious food nearby and sent us to the restaurant. I will recommend it to friends next time they come to Luoyang.

I rarely write reviews, but this was the first time I took my family on a self-driving trip to Luoyang hoping to experience B&B life. I didn’t expect it to be more cost-effective than a hotel, although the car can only be parked in a parking lot about 400 meters away from the B&B. After calling the hotel for confirmation, the boss immediately drove the tram to the parking lot and put my luggage directly on the car. My family went to the hotel by themselves, and then the warm hospitality of the boss's family after arriving at the B&B also made us appreciate the B&B. The safety and comfort level have been greatly improved. If I come back to Luoyang next time, I will be happy to rent this B&B again. (I also have a small suggestion for friends who want to rent a B&B. Please contact the B&B owner in advance before arriving at the B&B. They are also very happy to explain the local situation and check-in arrangements. They will also give a lot of travel tips on the route and itinerary, especially to the boss’s handsome son)

You may have to wait a while when there are many guests, but if you are physically fit, you can also navigate and walk there. It is not far, about 200 meters. Ah Bo is super nice, the hotel is great, and it's very convenient to go out! There is a free breakfast in the yard every morning, which is very rich. Ah Bo will also give us suggestions on where to go, and give us a box of specialties when we leave!!!
