Family-friendly Hotels in Luoyang

The hotel also provided a shuttle from Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station to the hotel, giving guests the greatest convenience. Every department and every employee of the hotel is particularly conscientious, from getting off the car and opening the door to every step of the hotel, including checking whether the room is missing after leaving the hotel, they are all in place! The hotel has a super variety of breakfasts, which makes you unable to choose. It is suitable for guests of all tastes and requirements. The beef soup is authentic, and the beef is unlimited. I think I don’t need to go to a small shop outside to eat beef soup. If I want to go to Luoyang again, maybe it’s because I still want to stay in this hotel.

The room was perfect, reception was friendly and helpful, the boy in the lobby was my life saver, he did help me with the deliveries while the APP was full of Chinese which is a totally disaster for me. Great hotel anyways, definitely will come back in the future!

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

Good place as its literally right in front of the subway entrance from where you can easily get to Longmen rail station for the HSR or the bus to Longmen Grotto's. Place is on the older side but the suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and everything worked fine. There's a few of malls with several restaurants across the street

The room was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the children were given small New Year gifts. Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

The hotel contacted us in advance, the air conditioner was turned on in advance, and fruits and flower cakes were delivered to our room at night. The children also liked the slide, and the front desk asked the housekeeping to move the slide for us. The overall experience was pretty good.

The location is perfect it’s just few minutes drive to the tourist spot. And service is good we requested for wine opener and it was delivered to our room right away, the room attendant also gave us extra blanket. We were amazed that our room has a a lot of amenities and has a bathtub too, we got a discount from Trip.com so it wasn’t too expensive. We Will definitely come back.
