The pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Fruits are constantly being refilled. You can cook noodles made fresh at breakfast too.

Nice boutique hotel. Well maintained, good service, minutes walk to temples, night market, morning market, and alms giving place. The room was on higher floor and the receptionist helped with the bags. There is a swimming pool but I didn't try it. Breakfast was basic. For all the above and the price; recommended.

Very beautiful hotel with pool . Nice location quiet but central . Staff was really helpful too. I booked without breakfast. I tried it once - it was fine - don’t expect too much.

The hotel was lovely, conveniently located near the night market and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road. The rooms were spacious, clean, and boasted comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality items. A welcome drink and fruit were provided upon arrival. The staff were very helpful, providing us with information about local attractions, and we easily rented a moped from the hotel for 180k. The pool area was pleasant, though mostly shaded. Some noise from the main garden area was audible through gaps in the doors, but the hotel was generally quiet, so it wasn't a significant issue.

Room is very dark and outdated. Doorlock is broken. Hotel doesn't have razors as amenity. A minimal breakfast is served. Overall an overpriced hotel.

One of the best hotel experience I've ever had: great location near night market, beautiful architecture, cozy pool and most importantly friendly staff. What more to wish for in the amazing city of Luang Prabang. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Luang Prabang.

Nice big,but heavy chlorinated, swimming pool. Reasonable room but the breakfast was appalling. Best to eat outside. Quite central location so easy to walk around the town.

The boss is from Hunan. He is very warm and considerate to his compatriots. He upgraded the room many times and provided pick-up and drop-off service. I am grateful to my Chinese friends in Laos✌✌✌

In the old town, about 5 minutes walk from the night market, it is very convenient to eat and shop around, a bit quiet in the bustling city, the post office is at the intersection of the night market, friends who are used to sending postcards should pay attention, it is very convenient to send postcards. Although the hotel is not big, the environment is quite good, but the corner of the bed is a bit hard, if you don't pay attention, you will hit your legs. It is recommended to put some anti-collision, otherwise it will hurt.
The breakfast is average, I think it's okay, at least the taste is not strange, and a bowl of hot food is not bad.
There are several brothers at the front desk, all very nice and smiling.
The overall feeling is good, and the cost performance is relatively high.

The hotel environment is good, very close to the night market, the service staff is warm and attentive, and the room facilities are a bit old. Overall, it is a very good hotel! 👍👍👍

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the night market, but very quiet. There is a swimming pool (although it is relatively small), but it is enough. The hotel facilities are OK. The three-star standard is a bit old, but it is worth it for this price. But the service is really bad. I stayed for 2 days and placed separate orders. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for breakfast. I said that my order had breakfast and opened Ctrip to show him. He asked me to change it to English. I said you can take a photo and then use the translation software to check it. His attitude was very fierce. He said that I must change the settings of my phone to English and then open Ctrip to show him so that he can take pictures. At this time, I was very angry, but I calmed down and thought that my other order did not include breakfast? I checked it immediately and found that it was indeed the case. Then I told him that I had two orders, one with breakfast and one without. At this time, he did not insist on letting me set it to English, and asked me to pay 200,000 kip for breakfast. In fact, this is a very easy thing to communicate, but the attitude of the hotel front desk really disgusted me. I hope everyone will not encounter similar things.

Actually, the room was good, and the pool was OK, but the key point was that the gentleman at the front desk really deducted points. If I could give negative points, it would definitely be negative points. There was no service at all. We were two men, and there were two rooms. The front desk only found one room, so they teased us that we were staying in a big bed room, and they laughed. I pointed to my friend's passport and repeatedly emphasized to him that there were two rooms. He heard but didn't answer, so I repeated to him that there were two rooms. As a result, this buddy got anxious and asked me why I was so anxious and why I was rushing him? Blah blah blah, saying that Chinese people are always anxious. If the room could not be refunded, we would have checked out long ago. We stayed for one night like swallowing a fly. In short, this hotel has negative points because of this front desk, and it is absolutely not recommended!

The room is on the second floor and you have to walk up the stairs to move the luggage. The hotel helped to call a 7-seater car to the train station for 30w, which seems to be more cost-effective than a minivan. The front desk can communicate in English, but there is no Chinese staff. The hotel room is small, the air conditioner blows towards the face on the bed, the toilet lid moves, and the hair dryer is fixed with a screw. When asked, the worker didn't come even though it was reported.
Advantages: It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony, it is very close to the night market, and you can see Bushi when you go out. The Laotian hot pot next to the hotel is delicious and cost-effective, but I can't speak English. The hotel has rice for breakfast, and it is also very convenient to order takeout.
