Super location and welcome hospitality. We got a wonderful welcome drink at the beautiful lobby lounge. Room is fabulous, clean and stylish. We also tried the restaurant which has excellent food. Will definitely recommend and will go back.

It is by far my favorite hotel in London. The staff is very helpful especially Bianca, Fareed, and the manager. They have been very welcoming and very supportive to enjoy my stay with my family (my wife and my 3 kids). Their attention to details of comfort is highly appreciated. I got supervisors checking if everything is ok, and I get a message in my phone if a half day passed to double check if they want my room to be cleaned as they have been seeing the privacy sign was on from last night. Wonderful experience.

The hotel is located on the south bank of the Thames, 5 minutes' walk to the north bank and 10 minutes' walk to the city center, which is very convenient. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the Chinese Super League ”Tiantian Store” is next door. The sanitation is cleaned every day, and the guys at the door are very enthusiastic. It is a hotel worth staying in.

Overall very satisfied, the only thing that made me angry was that the air conditioner was turned on at 16 degrees when I returned to the room the next day! It's winter! ! Is it intentional? I tipped in the room every day, I don't understand why? Everything else is very satisfactory

Excellent location and love the hotel ambiences. Small disappointment about the service, there are no sanitary (toothbrush) kit and slipper in the room and hotel does not supply at all even asking for it. And room space on the small side but nice layout so make it easy to use.

This was my favorite hotel on my trip to London. It's a quiet place amidst the bustle of the city. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The staff also spoke Chinese, and the young man from Hong Kong gave a very clear introduction. While the room wasn't large, it was well-designed. I brought my child here for exercise, and we let her talk with any questions I had. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, including the bellhop and the front desk staff who were always helpful if I needed a taxi. This made me really love London.
