Close to Hankuk Hospital and Jeju Intercity bus stop. There is CU stop on the front beside Astar Hotel. The uncle on reception is very polite and welcoming.

Convenient location, off the main road although the Korean name of Hotel is more prominent than the English one. Nice exterior lightings. Clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the black pork and beef BBQ diagonally across hotel.

Overall hotel is okay. Have heater, they changed towel everyday. They have free oranges too! 😁 My concern is I choose the pay in the hotel for payment but still they deducted it on my card. It should be paid by cash. Can’t talk korean. 😅

The hotel is only 2.5 km away from airport, a pretty beach like Hamdeok is only 40min , many restaurants around and room heater working perfectly. Thank you Charlie hotel ❤️

The hotel location was nice, near bus stations, nearby airport, 15 to 20min by bus,depends on bus number and bus arrival time. Easily located by Naver. Cleanliness of toilet can be improved. The check in and check out process were easy. Room just nice for two. Not so much space but enough for small ladies. The room has tv,hair dryer, small towels, instant coffee,small fridge. Nice!

The pros are a good location, the necessary buses stop nearby, there are shops and cafes. The room has everything you need (kettle, fridge, hair dryer, water, shower gel, shampoo, soap, towel), quite spacious, heated floor. Bed linen is clean. The cons are quite dirty, dust and other people's hair on the floor, dust on the table, TV and side of the bed, dirt and mold from the air conditioner on the ceiling and wallpaper, rust on the plumbing. The cleaning is purely symbolic - they took out the trash, brought water. Overall, it's okay for a couple of days.
