The room is a bit small, but the layout is reasonable, very warm and sufficient. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. If you are not close to Victoria Transportation Hub, the subway, train and bus are very convenient. You can also run to Hyde Park

The hotel is extremely clean and well located, most tourist attractions are within 25-30 minutes walking distance.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly.

Perfect hotel! Magnificent neighborhood! Staff who take great care of travelers! Nothing to say ! Don't change 😊

The room is a bit too small

Property located in an exceptional location near Victoria Station. Excellent cleaning. Downside was that we were given room on top floor under roof, no lift, and it was extremely small.

I wouldn’t book this hotel. Dirty small hotel room with staining on the bedding and it also had a mattress topper on that was too small for the double bed so it made it very uncomfortable. I clearly didn’t read the reviews before I booked …………..

Really handsome, thoughtfully designed hotel - makeover from the former Hanover Hotel has been well done with a really comfortable bed, smart marble bathroom and rain shower in a great location on St George's Drive in Pimlico that is convenient to everything. I stayed three nights in a single and was impressed at how well they had managed to design the small space - thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I wouldnt let the poor reviews put you off this hotel. Our room was clean. hotel was clean and in a great location. This may not be a great hotel if you're spending the day in your room but this was simply somewhere to sleep so it was perfect for us. What made our visit very special was the excellent customer service from Archan in reception. He was so friendly and went out of his way to help us 😀

What a great hotel. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with professional and happy staff. We were upgraded to a deluxe three bedroom room as we were late arriving for a theatre show and rushing. The reception had a 24hr bar with a small seating area and room service. We asked the prices of the drinks which were exceptionally reasonable. There was also a toilet in the reception area. Their luggage storage was spacious and kept safe in a room guests could not access. The hotel was a less than 10min walk to Victoria Train and Underground and closer to Victoria Coach Station. The area was quiet with little traffic and no bars or shops.

To be completely honest I wouldn't book this hotel in a hurry. The pictures look nice and fancy and clean however my room was definitely not. For a start there is mould across the ceiling and corner of the room , dust is everywhere it's as though it wasn't cleaned before we arrived, tv is loose on the wall but isn't even working, and room size is not accurate to the image I am walking sideways to get into the bed. Breakfast I was asked 5 times what my room number was, but food was not fresh everything was hard. This hotel is NOT suitable for someone with a disability. There's no lift and I've to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to my room. Very disappointed!!!

What was supposed to be a deluxe room turned out to be something quite different. A room so small that there was no room for a chair. fair to say the facilities in the room were clean and as you would expect for a deluxe room. However a very poor assortment of tea/coffee. On arrival at the Hotel I was asked for full payment, although I had already paid half the payment up front. A week later I'm still waiting for the refund, and having to contact my bank to secure the refund. At the time this left me £170.00 down in my account!!! Upon returning to the Hotel I found my wet towels still lying where I left them, and marks left on the sink where I had swilled out the coffee cup the night before. Plus there is no lift so you need to be aware there are lots of stairs to climb.

Nandini and all the other staff were so helpful and really enhanced my stay, lovely rooms and good location. Recommend sanjugo for great food nearby. Very comfy beds and lovely decor. Big telly and refreshing shower. Would visit again. Thank you.
