Got the cozy room for 3 nights which was a little squeezed for space, but manageable. The room can get quite warm in the summer, so it's best to order a portable fan. Other than that, the gym and pool are great, and the views from the 20th floor are awesome! Great value for money!

Me and my partner booked a one bedroom flat for my birthday, unfortunately the staff had overbooked and we were left with a studio and found a vape in the bed. Amenities are nice, coffee shop next to reception has really good food

This was our second stay at The Ark Hotel in London, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The service was absolutely amazing—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel is spotless, and the rooms are not only clean but incredibly comfortable—the beds are some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! We chose to stay here again because it’s conveniently located near the O2 Arena—we were in London to see an artist perform there during our visit, and the hotel made everything so easy and accessible. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. We especially loved relaxing in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna—such a treat to have those available right at the hotel. We were impressed during our first visit, and this second stay just confirmed that The Ark Hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to London! Highly recommend!

Swimming pool was very nice

Noise of train station interrupted our rest after a very busy day maybe because of poor isolation or being very close to it, and also it was very dry inside. In ground floor, there was no problem but in upper floors, corridors and rooms it was a bit too hot and dry considering the price we paid. I did not notice if any air conditioner or fan was actively working. They hold £100 for security but facilities were not new or undamaged itself. Reception and general service was good. If there were a fan or air conditioner other things would be more standable.

Room is very tiny and lacking in amenities - double bed more like a single bed with bedsheets full of dust.

Bathroom was horribly tiny, could barely move in the shower. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Area was desolate with hardly anything around it. Hotel staff were friendly and 24/7 which was good. Room was very hot too, no a/c.

The studio was so small and there was a big pillar next to our bed in our studio. Felt very congested No blanket was provided. No handwash No body wash Only 15ml of shampoo was provided The toilet was so small. Definitely will not recommend

Hotel is okay, the common areas are beautiful and clean. Swimming pool it’s very nice with many couples in there.  The room itself is nothing special, it’s small and the shower was broken. This was my 3rd time at this hotel and in 2 occasions the hotel staff will asked for £100 deposit so bare that in mind.

I booked the place for the girls. The hotel was in a great location, just a few mins walk from the train station. The room had all the amenities, including a 2 burner hob, a kettle, a microwave, etc. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms, and the rooms were very warm. The problem with sleeping with the windows open was the noise, especially if you were sleeping on the front side of the hotel, where you could hear the DLR trains running. Other than that, it's a great place. They would defo stay there again.

Didn’t like the place and room was very small. It is more like a hostel.

Lovely place to stay, although for tall people our shower was very small and the only other negative was that it was very difficult to find, in a car. Please be aware of have to book parking and provide phot ID to check in. The cafe on the ground floor was a bonus, we had a delicious breakfast before our drive home.
