This hotel have a very great location … just around the corner from Buckingham palace … But it’s also near to the victoria station. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again if I go to London thx uuu the resident

good location very close to buckingham palace and westminster room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled

Very clean and comfortable hotel, only a few steps away from Buckingham Palace, very convenient to watch the changing of the guards. When we checked in, there was a thoughtful card and red wine to welcome us. We stayed for eight days on this trip, and the room was very clean when we came back every day. Thanks to the very professional housekeeping. This will be my first choice next time I visit the UK 😊.

It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from Buckingham Palace, and the reception and rooms were clean and nice. The book decor in the room had a London feel to it, the kitchenette was very convenient, and the welcome service of wine and sweets was very satisfying.

Good location. Turn left and you will see the Royal Stables across the road. Go a little further and you can see Buckingham Palace within 500 meters. Go out and turn right after 200 meters. Cross the commercial square and you will reach Exit C of Victoria subway station. The hotel rooms are on the first floor, but they are very quiet. You need to swipe the door to enter the accommodation area. The room is clean.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel, service, cleanliness, location and impeccable silence in the room, perfect for resting...Brazilians who are lucky enough can meet receptionist Bianca, a polite and very kind woman...she was essential with information to my beautiful days in London.

The location is very good. To say it is five minutes away from Buckingham Palace is modest. In fact, it is only a few dozen meters away. It is also quite close to the subway station. It is convenient for transportation in the city. The environment is not too noisy. It feels safe. There are supermarkets and offices nearby. A perfect combination of the real atmosphere; one manager's very heartfelt and enthusiastic service, other waiters are a bit perfunctory and polite, but the overall service needs are responded to well; the room is really small, especially the corridor is very cramped, but it is still OK You get what you pay for.
