Room was really good. But staff at the reception did not come across as friendly or approachable.

The Marriott Residence Inn Kensington is within walking distance to Kensington Garden and Palace where Queen Victoria and late Princess Diana used as their prime residence. Our room has a kitchen and cooking utensils and the hotel is right next to Tesco grocery. The nearest Tube station is about 15-20 minutes walk, but the Heathrow bus station is only 5 minutes walk.

Place quite convenient, very close to Tesco superstore. Good laundry service.

Staff are trying but, elevators are crowded, toilet became smelly last night in our stay. Good laundry room and gym included.

Another great stay with Marriot. Bed is comfy and room is clean.

A clean well serviced hotel cum apartments. The staff were great - the front desk manager knew his job. He changed our room on request. The breakfast is well organised with waiting staff ready to serve you if needed.

Place was in a great location close to a supermarket, bus station as well as walking distance to common areas. Loved the stay and staff was very helpful and very kind. Definitely will stay again. And it had a big balcony loved that about it.

Hotel was nice. But a little too far from the subway and the city area. Hotel breakfast was ok, but not say the best. Amenities was good as well.

Booked a great value hotel at a great price and my companion was very pleased. A varied breakfast buffet is included.

Amazing! We enjoyed the accommodation; everything was available for cooking, the breakfast was very generous: a wide choice from sweet to savory. As for the staff, everyone was able to answer our requests, questions. We particularly appreciated the gym!

The room is not as big as expected, especially the bedroom. It is very cramped to enter and exit. The kitchen stove is also very small, but it has everything it should have! The breakfast is quite rich, but there are a lot of people during peak hours, so you must avoid it! There is no business around, so it is quite quiet to sleep at night. There is a big supermarket next to it. The hours from 6 to 24 o'clock are also great. You can go downstairs to buy anything you need at any time! The service attitude is OK, and the overall feeling is good! Suitable for family travel!
