The facilities are old and has bad smell in room.  Can’t imagine there’s no fridge in the room.  Toilet rolls are thin and need to replenish during the day.  Shampoo and body wash provided are not full bottle and the location changed after making the room. Breakfast included are with very limited choice.  There were three elevators but starting from day one, only two are working, long waiting time during peak hours. May not choose this hotel in future as there are many other options at this price level.

It's really a nice hotel, the room is clean and quiet. And location is good.Christina at the front desk had a very good service attitude, which made me feel very friendly. I will visit again and recommend my friend to book this hotel.

Staff service friendly! Location great ,near shopping mall and museum! But cleanses not good enough, toilet board still have stain ,bathtub still have hairs ,mattress many yellow stains

Convenient location, situated 2 min walking distance from Russell Square Tube Station.

Comfortable stay and a convenient location. Able to check in early and check out late. Great experience overall!

Everthing is good..very convenient as the Russell Square station is just behind. If the breakfast variety can have some changes will be perfect as it is practically the same everyday.

Needed to change a room halfway due to a faulty sink, and the hotel is undergoing renovations and upgrading. The changed room was smaller but newer, and helped improve the experience

very good location walking disttance to the tube station. They have some building work going on we was given a room on request away from the noice. overall very good service and excelent breakfast choice included in the room rate.

The location is very good. Few mins to Russell Sq Station. The only down side is there’s about twenty steps of stair stairs when you come up form the platform. So if using baby stroller and lots of luggage need to be aware. But there’s also lots of bus to go sightseeing places which is very convenient. The other good part I like the most is there are basic shops and restaurants around. There’s a small shopping center opposite with bakery, Waitrose, Superdrug’s and some other restaurants. There’s are also Pret and Tesco Express outside the tube station. The area is also quiet and peaceful very suitable for family.

The hotel claims itself as four-starred standard but to me, they just provide a three-starred service. First, no fridge was provided in the room unless upon request, and the fridge was not cold enough which made the milk rotten. Secondly, water coming from the shower head was weak and was not hot enough. Third, I found yellowish stain on one of the pillows. Most of the personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request. Finally, tissue was not refilled after room cleaning on the last day of stay. Apart from the above, the hospitality service was fine.

The hotel was not clean, the ventilation in the rooms was inadequate, there was no water, slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The bathrooms were very old and dirty, the rooms were very small.

Hotel was in a very good location, with a great breakfast. Staff were very accommodating, I even noticed they spoke multiple languages to help customers feel more comfortable! Would stay there again !
