Booked a double room through trip.com and was informed upon arrival that I was to be put in the annex building which is on top of a restaurant 5min walk from the main hotel with no staff/reception. Was basically a block of flats. Receptionist was very nice, showed me a few room options let me choose but all were not like the photos on the website. Some had a microwave, others were without tea/coffee facilities. My tv did not work, was given no soap or body wash etc unlike the photos. Cleanliness also seemed to be an issue and felt quite dusty. Didn’t feel too secure as no keycards and only pin for rooms/main door. I assume these are not changed either and so anyone could walk through if they know the combination

Small hotel but it is nice place , it is near white charter , it is easy to find it

The place and service was really good, especially Ms Laura helped me checking in and introducing me the hotel.
The room size is good for one person, for two is a little crowded.
The soundproof is a little bit not good.
But totally I got a good stay:)
BTW the body soap and shampoo are not good to be sudsing

We had a great stay at vilenza hotel😘 walking distance to tower bridge,whitechapel train station and restaurants. The room is very clean and spacious for the price👌. Most importantly the staff are very friendly most specifically to unor bey. çok teşekkür ederim ve Tanrı sizi korusun

They give us a basement
with no window and very small and old room. Doesn’t same as the photo we booked.

I booked for 5 nights and 2nd night not clean. I have to ask customer services for cleaning, she did bring clean towels and removed the garbage. I have to clean my own cups. Third night they cleaned the whole room, but the fourth night not. I emailed them for what happened, they said they only clean the 3rd night, 4th night only remove garbage. I think it was not up to standard.

Our stay in Vilenza Hotel was not a good experience. I booked a room with a window on the garden and I kindly requested it at the highest floor. The room we got was 2 meters under(!) the earth, with a window near the ceiling facing the feet of those walking in the garden. The next day my girlfriend had an asthma flare due to that room air quality.
Unfortunately, the room proved to be much lower than expected in quality.

The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived and didn't quite look like there pictures. It was okay for a few nights stay though.

I enjoyed my stay here. The walk from the tube station at night is a bit daunting but it's fine. There are lots of restaurants around too if needed.
The receptionist/ hotel manager (Cigdem) greeted me and showed me to my room personally, she was very nice and helpful.
The room was very good. Had a fridge and a kettle and a nice little bathroom.
